Tried to use $5.15 points on the reward app, and I was denied the use of my own rewards. I’m very disappointed now and they couldn’t even help me. I decided to go to Shell instead, at least I can use my rewards there. The store is small, and I will not be shopping here for anything again. What is the point of a reward system if I cannot even use it. Pathetic.
