I was on my way home and overheated 10 miles from green river utah on the interstate, I pulled off to the side and opened my hood and noticed my cap for my radiator was missing, I was 600 miles from home, so I called interstate America and told him I was stranded and without hesitation he said he would go get me a new cap and some antifreeze. He was there in 30 min and refilled my radiator and put cap on, he followed me down interstate for a few miles to make sure it ran ok. His price was very reasonable and he was very helpful . Thank you for helping me get back home for the holidays. He is a great guy and runs a great business, highly recommend him

Like most people going to Interstate America garage is because you’ve broken down on the highway traveling through. I needed a new water pump and thermostat. It took two days for the repair. The price was on the high side, but understandably since I was stuck and I had no other options. I continued on the road and 200 miles later my vehicle overheated again. I ended up getting towed to another garage. They had to replace the water pump again because the one they put in was leaking. It also needed a new radiator cap which they should’ve figured out. I tried to receive some type of refund for labor cost. They did not give me any refund even though I sent them pictures of the leaking water pump. I would advise getting towed to Grand Junction if possible.

I had an intake gasket push all of the coolant out of the engine. Steel Towing dropped me off here at 11pm at night. Mike showed up at 8am gave me all the tools to fix it. He even gave me a ride to Napa… I can’t thank Mike and the guys for all their help. Best part they didn’t charge me a dime!!!!!!

Mid move across the country, my car broke down and these guys didn’t have the parts so they drove 2 hours to go pick them up and installed everything so fast I barely knew he got back with my parts by the time he said it was done. Great service.

While attempting to go on a week long camping trip to Bryce Canyon from the Denver Metro Area, our 2013 Toyota Sienna had major transmission issues that put a full stop in our trip so we hobbled our way here to Interstate America Towing & Repair. While they couldn't do anything to repair the vehicle, they were empathetic of our distress and ran a diagnostic to get us the information we needed to take the next steps. The help was majorly appreciated. Thank you!

My car broke on a Saturday as we were pulling into the national park for a week-long camping trip. They were the only place open on the weekend that I could find, and were completely booked that day. Luckily, after explaining we were from 12+hours away and seeing that my car was completely undrivable, the owner managed to work us in with a quick fix. Was reasonably priced and very kind throughout! Only had to wait a couple hours too, which was nice considering how busy they were the day we pulled in.

DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN TRAVELING ALONE THEY WILL MANIPULATE THE MAINTENANCE AND TRY TO TRAFFIC YOU!!!! WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND 4 MEN DRAINED IT INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT. TELLING EACH-OTHER TO GO SHOWER WELL I WAITED THERE. NEVER REPLACED THE OIL BUT WAS HOPING MY ENGINE WOULD BLOW! Thank God I know about cars. Stopped at a gas station to check it and never even put oil in it. Sick small town with sick people

BEWARE!!After having brake issues on the road, I was referred to Interstate America auto shop. All my car required was a set of front brake pads. $340 is what I was charged $180 of. That was 'labor'! I could not believe the nerve of the mechanic! Not only was I rap#d on cost, but the guy put one of the pads on backward! I had to turn around and go back.

Ken at Interstate America was hugely helpful in getting me back on the road so I could continue my trip (10+ hours of driving ahead of me). Ken was very professional, took time to explain and show me what he was planning to do and what he ended up doing afterwards, the transparency was really appreciated. In the end I felt extremely fortunate to have ended up at Interstate America for my issue as Ken was able to get me fixed up same day for a reasonable price and extremely high quality workmanship. Thank you Ken!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can't recommend this place more! Was camping in the middle of nowhere and my check engine light, master warning light and TRAC off light came on. Made it to Green River thankfully and Interstate America got on the job immediately! Diagnosed the issue which was a chewed spark plug wire and ordered the parts ASAP. Labor costs were fair and the service was very transparent. They brought me in the back and showed me what was up and what exactly they would replace which I highly appreciate.Thank you for getting me back on the road!
