We booked a site here a month in advance of our stay and noted late check in since we were traveling from Joshua Tree, where we stayed the previous night. On the day of check in, we received a text message at 11:14am with check-in instructions. It stated "If you need anything else, please respond to this text and a member of our staff will respond as soon as possible." We immediately replied to that text since we needed to change to a cabin, as our RV heating broke the night prior. We texted 3 times and called once during business hours, but no one answered the phone or replied to us. We wanted to change to a cabin, which the website showed was available, since we were traveling with two small children and the overnight low was 20 degrees.
Two days later, someone called to see how they could help me. There was no apology, no "sorry for the confusion" or anything, but instead she just told me I should have emailed to get in contact and denied that they received any messages from us. I was told I could expect a resolution or call from the manager by Wednesday 12/4, but it's been a week since that call and I have not received any communication back.
I had to file a dispute with my bank and a complaint with KOA. What a pain in the behind.

It was perfect for an overnight stop. And the restaurant next door was perfect. We didn't have time to visit the downtown area but it looked nice.

Location of this KOA right off highway was nice (road noise not an issue - there is a train nearby though that does pass by at random times day and/or night/early am so just be prepared if you're a light sleeper). Centrally located within an hour of Arches & Canyonlands NPs, Moab, & Goblin Valley.
Campground itself apparently underwent some new improvements. It's well kept. Rv sites level ( gravel with cement patio, picnic table and a patch of astro turf). Large dog park ( all gravel, no grass ).
Didn't use the new bathhouse so can't comment there. Pool was closed during our week stay.
I wish this KOA the best with your future RVers
/campers and hope for much success in the revival in the future to the cute little town of Green River.

Nice and clean campground. Swimming pool, nice bathrooms and showers. The pet area is fantastic! Plenty of room for your fur baby to run. We arrived after check-in time, but the process of selecting your own site from this available was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice sites. Trains nearby are not bad.

Nicely kept park. Looks like a park that was abandoned and reclaimed. Lots of new fixtures and lawn furniture. Friendly staff!

Nice stop over from Colorado into Utah.
They have dog yards, and the pool was excellent being the temp was 104.

The staff were great, but the Wi-Fi cuts out constantly making it unusable where our cabin was and there are cockroaches all over the place once it gets dark. There were also no activities like we've seen at other KOA locations.

The owners have been putting in a lot of work to this location. It looks great. The new bathroom/showers look fantastic.

Adjusting down another point as they didn't even follow their own quiet times rule. WTH is with a garbage truck making the rounds at 6:30am with all the clanging and back-up horns, etc. This place seems like a "business" with little/no actual customer orientation.
Well-maintained, nice place. That said, a couple of glaring deficiencies.
- Better have a good cell/data plan as internet is for all intents non-existent
- Office/store closes at 5pm making any reasonable customer support effectively impossible ... and leaves an impression that customers aren't very much valued
- The cabins have nice fire pits but no chairs ... while the RV sites do have chairs?!? Makes no sense. RVers usually always travel with chairs while those using cabins normally don't have as much room to carry such equipment

This was a very clean KOA to stay at. We bioked for one night and the young lady at checkin help find us a spot we could stay for two nights. All the facilities were clean and working. The water pressure was great. We were having trouble with our onboard wifi and were able to use the parks wifi to get some work in.

Great customer service. They do a good job keeping things clean. New trees being planted as the old ones wore out! Pool and slide were fun.
This guy gets the employee of the year award!

Convenient place to stop while traveling, but: No trees in the tent area, just pads next to each other. The tent camping section is the worst: it faces a fence in front of a motel which has bright lights all night. The sites are just a little square of plastic grass, plus a rectangle of gravel to park your vehicle. Tables are in the sun, not a single tree in the tent area.
The office closes at 5:00 pm so if trespassers arrive after that with no in intention of paying, trash the place, make noise and get the bathroom code by asking around, you spend a sleepless night. We had very noisy neighbors and there was no way to let the staff know to intervene, because they leave at 5pm and there is no host on site. Other than that, the place is well maintained with very clean bathrooms. The wifi is on and off, like many KOAs.
The two persons at registration were super nice, and gave us good local information.

The site looked level, but it wasn't. Couldn't use our auto level which has always worked before. Kinda pricey too, but we were glad they had a spot as we were after hours.
