The only reason I even gave thisPlace 2 stars was they let me in early, I had a 1700 appointment when I checked in and filled out their paperwork I put the wrong numbers on it. I then handed her my tablet to see all of the different numbers that were on it she was so lazy that all she did was point them out and hand the tablet back to me along with the arrival paperwork. I was then told they didn't have a door for me and I had to leave the property as trucks were not allowed to park here a to go to the truck stop and wait for a phone call, she then changed her mind and hold me to park out of the way as a door would be opening up shortly, stayed where I was parked and she called me about 10 minutes later. Took them over half an hour to load 1 pallet, I was supposed to be getting 24 pallets. They leave your paperwork and seal in the back of the trailer when done loading so when you get the green light you can seal up and leave which no one tells you. Due to only having 1 pallet instead of the 24 on my load assignment I walked back up to the office for an explanation, the receiver sat in her chair visiting with another employee and playing on her phone acting as if I were not even there even though I knew she could see me. Stood their for approximately 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. She is not very helpful or pleasant, maybe she could use a lesson on customer service and time management while she is on the clock drawing a paycheck.

Got in early 2 hours got a door right away ;) staging room for about 10 trucks on both sides..truck stops near by..

Amazing! Showed up 20 min prior an 8am appt. Loaded & ready to roll out 8:50am, now that’s great service! (Coming into this appt I was worried with all the bad reviews being that this I my load going home) but it’s safe to say, this is a place I would gladly come back to! Thank you!

This is become one of the worst companies for pick up. I used to lowe to come here but now, always late,chasing drivers from the yard,take hours to get loaded...hate this place

Strict appointment policy. So I arrived an 1 1/2 hours early. It's now an 1 1/2 hours past my appointment and still no door. But they shure could call me to say no parking on there property. Even if it's past my appointment time. Terrible. And I have load coming out of this place tomorrow. Don't waste your time coming here.

It's hit or miss with this place. They are either very fast and load you before your appointment or right on time, or they are extremely slow and take 12 hours. Definitely have layover/detention in place before coming here. My appointment today was 10 am (advised broker I was going to be late before even taking the load) it is now 930 pm and I'm still not in a door.

I hope I never have to come back to this place. They are always shorted handed and according to them is "people call in sick you know" what an excuse for such a big company.
