“I absolutely adore Lily, she started my full on Maurice's addiction. She found me 8-9 pairs of jeans that fit perfectly, which NEVER happens. Always helps me shop smart with the sales, we have the nicest chats while I'm there. She's been working on a technical error (not on her part) that happened months ago, she's always so willing to sit on the phone and wait 1-2 hours to try to fix it, with zero results, and tonight we finally made headway. “So just went to hot topic and Angie had the best customer service I have experienced in retail in awhile. We were looking for something for our son and they didn’t have it at that location so she offered to call one of the other locations and since they had both the items we were loot for she asked if they would hold it for us. Angie did this with out us having to ask.”

“I come about once or twice a year and the floor manager remembers me every time, which is astonishing, but apparently I left a lasting impression because I was helping a friend get a bra and she thought I worked there but was confused because she'd never seen me before. So now she remembers me, my size, and my situation so she knows exactly what to recommend anytime I go in! They're also genuinely so helpful at this location. Absolutely love coming here when I do!
I came this time for the semi annual sale and online a bra was advertised on clearance for $24.99 but in the store was on clearance for $40.99. They asked me to pull up the online price, matched it without me asking, and got it sent to my house.
As someone who knows how to properly fit bras too, this location absolutely knows what they're talking about and that makes me so happy.”
“Love their clothes for plus size. I don't like that the one I have to go to is in the mall. Just not a fan of that area. The last sale they had seemed like they boosted the price and said 50% off. Still barely clearance price doing that. If I am buying clearance I want it to feel like clearance. Haha”

“Bathrooms are 10/10The level of comfort and love that is in that bathroom the moment you walk in. A small open room to the side of the stalls and sinks with a changing table and chairs. Walked in did my business and never left.”

“My daughter wanted a gorgeous dress for prom and this store had tons of them! If you’re looking for bold dresses, this is the place to go! Long dresses lined the walls and short dresses were in the middle. They had all shapes and sizes….and even formal clothing for children (girls and boys). They also had a huge selection of ties towards the middle of the store.The employees working there when we went (4/15) were all so nice! They were helpful and didn’t try to pressure on us at all. They let us know they were there if we needed them and then let us go through the dresses. When my daughter found THE dress, they all complimented her and made her feel great!There were quite a few dressing rooms (I think 6-7) and two couches to sit on while waiting. I was REALLY happy to have a comfortable place to sit while waiting for my daughter to try on dresses.I was nervous that everything was going to be really expensive. Some dresses are, but they had a sale rack with some fantastic deals (under $100). They have dresses for all budgets.We were very happy with our experience and will definitely come here again to buy a dress!”
