Cute stuff but the ladies at the counter talk bad about everyone...I went in twice in the same week, same staff and the way they look at shoppers and judge them out loud to each other...its worse than high school....just sad...they work the counter at real deals...look in the mirror ladies...

I usually love this place but the ladies working tonight (12/13/22) were so rude. I brought my daughter in to try to find a dress. We got there about twenty minutes before closing. We were hurrying because I was aware they were closing at 6 so I wanted to be sure we were out in time. They were not friendly or helpful. One of the ladies was at the dress rack straightening everything and wouldn't move so we could look. They all seemed very annoyed that we were there. I even said "I now you're closing so we're trying to hurry!" And they said nothing. I know they were wanting to get out of there but if you're supposed to be open until 6, you should expect shoppers until 6. We left at 5:59 and the lady followed us to the door and locked it behind us and there were people still shopping.

I live very close to the Plain City location. This is my third time going in and the ladies that work there are extremely impolite. On top of rude staff, their merchandise is overpriced. I would not recommend them nor would I give my business to rude and unhelpful staff or a business that supports that behavior. I would rather spend my money at At Home, Target or Hobby Lobby at a much better deal.
