Clerk credited the wrong pump and somebody else was there pumping gas.They got my gas and they refused to refund me.Or give me the gas that I paid for

Literally one of the worst 7/11's I have been to. The honey bun and pie was literally frozen. I'd rather go to the ghetto 7/11 on Monroe.

the identification policy for alcohol and tobacco at this store is scan or no sale , when asking the sales clerk for company phone number ,the said Google it and was tired of us conspiracy theorist, to then she became quite aggressive stating she had been threatened and abused by customers who disagree with the policy, I feel 7-11 should change their policy if it is endangering their employees

Yesterday we went to this store to pick up a pizza. The guy that was working there was very rude like he didn't want to be there. We told them there was a coupon thing online and he asked us if we actually have it on us, we showed him it on my phone and asked him if he could show us how to bring it up. He shrugged his shoulders. I don't think I will stop by there anymore, they have rude employees. Plus he didn't have a name badge either

Well I've worked here before and I found a better job so I put my two weeks in I worked one full week and then I was scheduled only 8 hours for the next week what's the point in giving my two weeks if I don't get to work them. Virginia is so awesome.Even though the store was fairly busy, and some customers were angry, she was courteous and handled business with a smile.There are 5 gas station/c stores by my house, I go to this sev every time because I get stellar service.

The dirtiest store I have been to in years. The bathrooms had not been cleaned in a very long time with human messes on the floor that were not new. Definitely not safe. The floor of the store was not much better and I could see the floor from under the counter. Very dirty. Cleanliness is not a priority in this store. I would recommend taking your family elsewhere.

Inside a small but very organized and clean and the parking lot and gas area was also very clean
