While the office is open, they are personable. When they aren't open the Allstars telephone service is excellent, and can change your caverage as needed.

I have had Todd Gorman Allstate as my insurance for about 5 years now and they are still the best value for my money. There have been multiple times I needed to change something in my account and my issues were resolved within 1-2 emails every time. The knowledge that they share, and the discounts I get have never made me even think about switching to another provider. I truly am in good hands.

Arcee/Josh are my agents, both are very efficient, attentive and proactive. I have NEVER have been DISAPPOINTED with the level of service. Have been with them for over 10 years.Arcee answers all of my questions, takes great care, returns calls promptly and is very respectable. I’ve had a great experience so far! They have always been prompt with responses and super patient with my questions, as this was my first time getting insurance on my own. They worked hard to find ways to get my prices low. I came here after a car accident that caused State Farm to remove me from their insurance. Allstate got me a quote even lower than what I was paying before my accident which is crazy and their agents seem to really care about what will help you, not just trying to sell insurance. The mobile app is easy to use too.

I was told by another agent that my premium would go from 150 to almost 300 after transferring from out of state I did not feel this was right so I called Todd Formans office and they fixed my problem and kept my premium the same. They took a huge stress off of me.

Todd and Josh Are great to work with, had a small issue with our car and they were very quick to respond and get it resolved. Awesome service would highly recommend this agency!!!
