I purchased some University of Tennessee labeled shorts at a Columbia in Nashville, tn on vacation. I stupidly don’t try them on in store or once back at our hotel. I flew back to Utah and tried them on and they were WAY too big. I called corp. and they said call a store. I tried the outlet store in American fork and they just said sorry can’t help, call corp. corp said contact a different store. Now I waited weeks to get on this. So, I called the Farmington store. JoDee picked up and listened to my problem with my UT shorts. She said she would call another store MNGR she knows in Nashville and see what if anything could be done as far as exchanging for a smaller size. She wanted pics and my email. I sent those to her and explained again our call just because I’m stupid sometimes. She went to work. She emailed me back 5 days later because she the team back in Tn was busting their take to find some to no avail. She apologized profusely in the email for it taking so long and that they had all been sold out. I understand and didn’t honestly expect anything post my email. She took time away to email me back and explain. Totally awesome C/S!!!! This store took time to help out a TN boy now living in Utah to correct MY problem. Not there’s!!! I mean come on!!!! This store totally rocks!”

220 Station Pkwy, Farmington“I always have great customer service experience at this location. (Superlative intended!) it’s about time I write a review to thank everyone. Tonight Sarah in the ski dept was so kind and offered to mount my bindings on my new skis at 7:20pm, because it’s pounding snow and she knew I’d want to use my new skis tomorrow. She got it done with time to spare! As I was loading my skis into my car, I saw her run all the way to her car and got the feeling she was running late because she stayed to help me. If that’s the case, she didn’t let on that I was an imposition at all. Thank you so much Sarah! Have fun wherever you’re going- I know I’ll have fun on the slopes!”
“Got there 15 mins before close from out of town, got my daughter some shoes for back to school. I use the app mostly now but this time the employees were ready to go home for the most part. I feel bad I got there so late but was reminded about it from a few employees.”

“Great experience! We bought a toy rifle for our son as a reward for when he completed a chore chart. It took him a month, but he earned it! He was so excited till he figured out that it didn't work. We no longer had the receipt, but we went in to customer service anyway. Paula and Maxine were great! They let him swap it out with a new one which is working beautifully. That was above and beyond! He is so happy. Thanks for going the extra mile.”
