I really like their walk up window, they also usually have any medicine that isn’t in stock at the Kaysville branch

Smith’s Pharmacy in Utah gets a resounding one star from me. If you’re looking for a place where the lines move slower than a snail on a lazy Sunday, then this is your spot! The only redeeming quality was the young lady who helped me, Lehua. Her cheerful demeanor and willingness to assist were the only bright spots in an otherwise dismal experience. Without her, I’d probably still be lost in aisle 7. Thanks, Lehua – you deserve five stars, but the pharmacy itself? Not so much.

Thanks Taylor for all your help and professionalism. I was from out of state helping a family member with dementia and had concerns with her medication. You eased my mind and concerns and made sure she was able to get the refills she needed.

Go to Mears Pharmacy instead!! My husband is a terminal cancer patient and I’ve been going to a pharmacy every month for 14 years and just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy, at the Farmington Smiths. The way they talk rudely about customers a few feet from them is very disrespectful. I’ve never seen a less sympathetic pharmacist who sits back and doesn’t talk to customers, just talks about them. I’m guessing they think we can’t hear behind the dividers, but we can hear and see them peaking around. I spent an hour there and then needed to leave. I got through to my insurance over the phone multiple times, while they said they were stuck on hold, which seemed suspicious. They said they would call me back last night. They didn’t call me, and so I called this morning to find they had no notes in the system and we needed to start over. It was just an all around bad experience. This morning the Smiths Tech was able to get it straightened out in twenty minutes, which makes me wonder why they wouldn’t help last night. It felt like they were being purposely difficult yesterday and I’m not sure why.I didn’t trust that they were going to actually help, after being let down yesterday, and so I moved the prescription to a better pharmacy faster than they called me back.Mears is personable and very kind! The last thing you need when dealing with medical problems is a rude/difficult pharmacy.

The service at this Farmington Smith's pharmacy could not be more impersonal. The technicians appear to run the entire show. I was treated like a number, not a person. I had to ask for paperwork and then received a paper that said paperwork would be provided. Go figure. There are a number of other pharmacies in the area. I suggest you choose one of those.

The staff is terrible at this Farmington location. Unprofessional. Uncaring. Unhelpful. Unaware. Too busy.If you need a vaccination, the pharmacy technician give you the injection. Everywhere else, (Target, Walgreens, Harmons) it's the pharmacist who administrates the injection. The pharmacist never spoke to me or said a thing to me. She was more interested in fixing the metal screen gate. The technician gave the injection, I doubt the pharmacist even realized .

0 stars for selling spoiled chicken wings and over charging me for soda. Don't shop here. Customer service is terrible too. Nothing is worse than wasting time and money. Coke said it was $7.99 but a stocker told me to expect $10.99, ultimately charged $13.99... and $7.73 for spoiled wings plus have to make another stop on the road trip. Plus they didn't use the opportunity I gave them to make it right. Poor busienss practices.

Not only are they not helpful but they treated me as though I was a burden, even laughing at the questions I asked.

In considering what your money goes to support.Kroger, the parent company of Smith's, the supermarket goliath, is targeting conservative employees for their viewpoints through its corporate policies, a lawsuit against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) alleges.Kroger forced employees to wear aprons with pro-LGBTQ+ rainbow hearts. Employees refusing to wear them on religious grounds were fired. Kroger was sued and had to settle and agreed to provide managers with more intense religious discrimination training.Previously, Kroger provoked outrage from conservatives and patriotic customers when it recalled pro-American items from its shelves.Additionally, Kroger announced that it will pay for travel expenses associated with having an out-of-state abortion, following the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision.

They don't accept food stamps and I am so disappointed in them because they are only a couple of blocks away from where I live and they are not cheap either.
