It is a great, clean, and organized location with very friendly and helpful staff who make the shopping experience wonderful. Shoppers can find lots of options and little treasures hidden in the racks, though some note the products can seem here and there without organization. It is a step up from thrifting. This location also has an Amazon pick-up station. Checkout can sometimes be delayed, but customers find what they want at a reasonable price.
I'd give this place a 5 star but one employee (Alma) was very short with me and others, giving employees attitude and humiliated one certain employee in front of other customers. I get people have bad days but if that be the case, then don't work the register.

Ross is great! It has been fun to go and find little treasures hidden in the racks. It is a step up from full on Thrifting, which we really enjoy as a family but it is still a great location.
