Ran in and Ken the manager helped me. Needed a cone for a wound and some antiseptic for a dog in my care. Ken was great. I'll return to shop there again.

I took my dog in to get groomed. One of the things Included in that was a nail trim. But my babies nails are still razors. Also didn't have a seven point check in that is said to be done before each appointment. I haven't actually ever seen that done with my dog. Also paid for the face feet and fanny trim and only her face got trimmed. Her fanny is still a fluffy mess. The workers are pleasant enough but I don't think I'm getting what I'm paying for. Hopefully things improve soon, because the location of the store is very convenient for me and I would like to continue going someplace close

This location in Station Park is our closest Petco but they always seem to be understaffed. Last time we were there we stood in the checkout line for a loooong time. We go there because it's convenient but I avoid this store whenever possible.

Took my daughter with me to this store last night to get nail clippers for our dog. The employee that was helping us was amazing. She was very personal with my daughter helping her hold a snake that the employee was holding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mind you I’m scared of snakes. She was so amazing. Just wanted to say thank you for having someone there that cares to take the time to introduce my daughter to something I could have never done. It made my daughters night.

We adopted our sweet kitty from this location. The ladies that helped were helpful and friendly. We have returned several times since to purchase food, litter, toys, etc. and during each visit I've been impressed with the service.

I've never been to this location before, and I was completely shocked by the state of the animals and their enclosures. I couldn't even buy the cat litter I came in for because I was offended for the animals and couldn't stomach supporting such a place. Many animals were lethargic and dull, multiple dead fish, the cages were all pretty smelly. Heartbreaking that this company claims to care about the well being of all pets, yet allows these creatures to live in squalor. Disgusted.

It’s a pretty awful store. It looks fine, the animals seem healthy, but the service couldn’t be worse. It’s almost like Petco pays employees to ignore customers, then when employees finally do help someone, they make weird things up.
