Went in to the branch in Farmington with a few questions. The individual that helped me was very pleasant and was able to answer my question and fix my issue with no problem. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at Mountain America Credit Union. They all do a great job.

I was helped by Jackie and she took the time to help me expand my credit and get a new loan. She went above and beyond by explaining everything to me and giving me every option possible. She was so friendly and personable. I appreciate the drive from her to help me as much as she could. Jackie isn’t the only one either! Every time I visit a branch everyone is so kind and helpful. I love MACU they have been a great institution to facilitate my ever expanding life!

I went into this location, waited for over 15 mins for a banker to assist or help me. An elderly lady walked in and the banker got up and asked right away to ask her how she can help and completely ignored me. I guess you have to be a certain race to get noticed or get any type of help. Completely rude.

MACU is the best! When I started banking with them I had gone through a few pretty big trials. I had a credit score of 519. Everyone at the branch has gone above and beyond to help me not only fix my credit score but to understand the how and why as well as what is going on in the background. For the first time ever, I was able to finance a truck. And I am now looking into buying a house. And most importantly, I can pass on the lessons that I have learned to my daughters. Big shout out and thank you to the entire Farmington MACU team.
