I came in to service my 2006 Winnebago for an oil change on my engine and my generator. When checking in the service advisor Hendrick asked if my RV had been winterized yet. Sadly, life and been busy and winter came on much faster than I had anticipated and I was not able to winterize my RV before the cold set in.Fast forward to me picking up my rig and I find out that they had been able to leave my RV in the building to help defrost my lines! I was able to drive back home and perform winterization on my RV.Hendrick went above and beyond to help me! Such great service from him and the team. THANK YOU. You have one happy customer here.

Shout out to Jordan Mendoza and Mercedes-Benz of Farmington. Jordan was amazing to work with and worked so hard to make my experience with this dealership a "10" in every way. Jordan handled every detail and was prompt and courteous as he helped me. This dealership has set a new standard in dealing with customers. From the "no doc fee" to finishing all paperwork and being out the door very quickly this is the way to buy a car! They utilize technology and bent over backwards to make the whole experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Jordan and this dealership to anyone. Thanks for a great experience and dealing with me in a fair no pressure way! Doug Johnson

We purchased a new 2024 Mercedes GLS 450 from this dealer two weeks ago. The sales process is streamlined and the vehicle was delivered to our home which was very convenient. The blissful feeling of buying a new Mercedes lasted for just 2 hours after taking possession. We made it 2 miles down the road from our home when the engine warning lights came on. I checked the manual which said to get it to the "work shop". So we drove it back to the dealers service department for diagnosis and repairs and that's where it sits waiting for parts some of which are back ordered. The second issue is with the hybrid/generator and that can't be assessed because the engine can't be turned on. I think I have a lemon and I spoke with the G M on unwinding the deal or putting us in a different car, one that's driveable. The option he presented to me was that he'd take the broken car in trade with only 55 miles on it and put us in another one for an additional $3k+. Image that, he wants me pay to fix a problem Mercedes created. If I had it to do over again I would definitely stay away from a Mercedes automobile. Buyer beware...

Poor experience at Mercedes Farmington (which is very close to my home). However, Mike at Mercedes Draper (45 minutes from my home) has been wonderful. He is the previous used car sales manager. Definitely make the trip to Mercedes Draper and ask for Mike.

I had a fantastic experience buying long-distance from this dealership thanks to Cortnee Newman. Cortnee made the process so easy and smooth. She was responsive, thoughtful, detailed and explained every step of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better advisor and a smoother process.

Hendrick and Donald were phenomenal, best customer service I have received in a long time. Mercedes Benz is known for being the best but this dealership is exceptional. Thanks again

Traded in our car for a used 2017 Mercedes Benz C300C4. Ramona Buciuta was our Mercedes sales consultant and she made the entire process great. Ramona was polite and professional. This is our second car we have bought at MB-F and have been very happy with the service we have received and we love our car washes. The dealership is well maintained and all the personnel working there from sales to service department are top notch.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a used vehicle from them in 2017, at the time of purchase I was sold an extended warranty that was to run 60 months and 60k miles from the time of my purchase, or so we were told and we thought. Took my vehicle in and a new suspension is needed. We call our warranty and low and behold my warranty y expired at 90k total miles. I called the dealership to ask about it and was told..."oh yeah, your sales person isn't here anymore because she was selling these correctly. You aren't the first person to call about this issue. We know she was selling them incorrectly, but you're out of luck". Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

Horrible customer service. From Sales to service. I'll be going back to the Mercedes-Benz in SLC!!! Only reason I came to Farmington location is because I moved up here. I will NOT be coming back to the Farmington location.

If you are looking for a MB in the Utah area, go see Dan in Farmington. I was trying to buy a car for my daughter and the majority of other dealerships were taking advantage of the car shortage situation and had market price adjustments and/or were charging extra for useless and overpriced accessories as well as other fees. I also came across many pushy and rude salespeople who do not belong in the sales of luxury cars. However, I had a completely different experience at MB of Farmington. Dan and the sales manager were very straightforward and professional. My daughter was looking for a particular SUV and they had one very close to it however it was missing a few of the options she was looking for otherwise, I would have purchased from Dan without a hesitation. I highly recommend this dealership. Dan is genuine and does not pressure clients into any deals. You will appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. This dealership does not play games with numbers. They do not surprise you with hidden fees or market adjustments.

The most disappointing customer service I can remember ever having. The people were friendly enough but there were numerous promises broken, causing me to break promises I had made to others, including making me miss work. I understand supply and demand issues when you source parts from China during a plandemic but I don't understand a dealership not attempting to make it right for customers.

Worst buying experience ever. Sales agent was a nice person but after I test drove the vehicle, went to lunch to think about it and then called back and gave her a deposit over the telephone, her manager called me and said that a couple was at the dealership looking at the vehicle and that he would sell it to them if they wanted it. Apparently, the couple decided against it. After all of this, I still paid cash for the vehicle. When I picked it up, it was dark and did not notice the three rock chips in the windshield (nor were they disclosed), plus it had no front mats or second key, and it had a broken back cargo cover-- all of this on a $90,000 cash purchase. Of course, they did not offer to replace the windshield, the lost key or fix the cargo cover or give me any sort of discount, but they did give me some non-Mercedes' rubber mats and an old beat-up key chain from Mercedes of St. George. Honestly, the worst buying experience of my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I reached out to the dealership interested in a vehicle they had listed for sale online, but learned that the ad was a ploy as the vehicle was not actually at the dealership or available. The salesperson did make up for it by finding a vehicle elsewhere and contacting a month or so later. I did make a purchase of the vehicle from this dealership. I then ordered a winter tire and wheel set and vehicle accessories from the salesperson and Parts department and thought all was taken care of. The vehicle would not be drivable in winter in Utah without winter tires as the tires on the vehicle were summer tires not all weather. I order the tires and wheels in September and provided my credit card information after selecting the set I wanted. Come December there was no word from the Parts department so I reached out to learn the status. I was told that they did not know, then told they were on the way. I was told they would call me when available to put on. They never called so I tried back and learned the set was actually there and had been there but they never attempted to tell me. Then we picked up the set to have installed elsewhere as they were too busy to put them on for us. The set was packaged up so we could not see the wheels. After taking delivery and getting them home we see that its the wrong wheel set. We then contact the parts department again to be told a variety of inconsistent stories about not having that wheel, me not ordering the right wheel, that I could put a wrong wheel size on my old tires, etc. Their only solution being to take them back and me not be able to drive the vehicle in winter in Utah. Their communication and problem solving and customer experience are quite poor. I will be looking to service the vehicle elsewhere.
