We set a budget and they helped us stay within that budget. They would not let us try mattresses outside of our budget. We were extremely pleased with Brigham and Caroline. “Lindsay's is my go to store for furniture! They have a great selection in store or can order almost anything you want. The prices are great! The best part is they are amazing! It is a family run business. Nate helped me decide on what I should get. Then he had his sons help me load on a day they weren't even open because it was better for my schedule. When there was a problem with my order Lindsay and her son drove 3 hours each way to make it right! If I could give them 10 Stars I would!!”

“I was so shocked at the amazing service I received yesterday. Ron helped me choose the right mattress at a good price. He allowed my disabled vet stepdad to make the payment over the phone as he is buying it for my mom. (They’re split, but he’s a good man!) I have a huge van and have trouble backing in so Ron agreed to back my van into a parking spot. While loading it up he asked if the back seats moved forward. I had no idea. So he went and figured out how to move them. He loaded up my van and I left with a huge smile. What a wonderful man and a great company with far better prices than another mattress company that shall remain unnamed. (We all know who I’m talking about.) Ron didn’t try to sell me the most expensive thing. He listened to what I needed and then provided just that. Highly recommend!”

I was contacted personally within less than 24 hours for a delivery appointment and offered a spot for the following day. Talk about speedy! “While I like most things about RC Willey. I don't like that they don't deliver for clearance items, especially when I've signed up for their delivery program. I paid over $1100 for a king size mattress, then had to pay another $60 to rent a vehicle to get it home. Then my wife and I had to fight with the mattress to get it upstairs, and then to get the other downstairs, into the rental truck and pay $15 to dispose it at the landfill. The delivery program sounds like a great deal, except they don't deliver clearance. Other than that though, the service was great.”
