Robyn is the most extraordinary example of what retail shopping should be. I can't believe she's not the head of Macy's; saving them from another closure. Robyn knows how to serve, save, research, communicate and follow up. Customers never get that kind of service. She's beyond Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom personal shoppers. Well done on hiring her. She makes Home Goods look like level 10 shopping. Amazon couldn't possibly put you out of business. They don't have Robyn.

They are okay on prices but frankly when you have to spend $35 on a lamp I really do not think that they are that good on a price you can definitely find something better quality in the RC Willey clearance section these are the only people that you should go to if you have no other option

I love Homegoods , the store Carrie's many fun home decor items, I shop this store a lot for work and anytime I need a rug or assistance out to my vehicle with a large furniture they usually have someone assist me. Today I had a experience. I bought two large pictures , awkwardly large and it too some finessing to get it to diagonally fit into my cart . The girl at the counter could see I was having a little difficulty get the large framed pictures out of my cart , didn't offer assistance, didn't even lean forward to scan the picture , I literally had to heave it up onto the counter to get her to scan it. She then asked me if I'd like to apply for a credit card and save 10%. I said no thank you , I simply stated this is a work purchase and I won't be getting a credit card today. She then asked again saying " you can say 10%" . To which I think to myself , I was nice , very clear , not rude and said No again. I am sick of being asked after saying NO once. That should be enough. In addition I'm thinking you couldn't even bother to assist me with coming around the counter or leaning in a bit so I didn't have to heave the picture that was heavy onto the counter. NO I WONT BE GETTING A CREDIT CARD. After the service with checking out I wouldn't even think twice about saying no even if I was interested in getting a credit card. ROFL
