Harmons is great. They have a very nice cheese selection in the front of the store. Also check out their gelato counter with their upstairs seating. A good place to shop, or a good place to grab a quick treat.

I tried to buy my bread but the lady is cleaning, touching garbage cans, and cleaning with a broom with the same gloves on touches my favorite bread. She almost cut it in the machine, I told her I didn’t want it anymore, I promise I’m never coming to this store again?

I am not sure why it permits one star. Its unjust how now days this seems to be a problem that never goes away. the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, age, sex, or disability. That is the definition of this Harmons. That seems to be one of the many problems this grocery store has. I will post pictures, so people can see how infuriation through the years it is to have your, self-checkout employees stand next to me and intimidate me and my kids every time we purchase items. I am not sure if its luck or just how your store is ran.You also have employees boycotting other food markets because they are your employees. Such as going on social media and protesting on Harmons behalf to not allow residents to vote for other local food chains. Harassing seniors and their opinions on votes or anything media related. His name is Tyler Paulsen (Harmons Employee), we found that out. So is this how Harmons works as a company to intimidate the public?I know most people don’t want to work now days, you have some of the rudest employees like the Deli station, there is a guy who complains about store customers and their orders. There is another guy with glasses that if you even ask about a product, he will tell you not to bother him. You have a Deli station where employees will touch their face and surfaces not very sanitary. At the checkout stands, you have employee that will not help or wants to be there, Harmons allows him to parade his Santa hat with "Bah! Humbug!” he is not friendly and will complain or not say a word to you when you need help. Like it’s a chore for him to walk over and simply help. This is not a customer-oriented employee. It’s sad the ones that help, are the ones that end up leaving.Your staff is not diverse, the most optimistic person with amazing recipes and cooking skills is a women named Liz. Always working with a smile. Working hard. I had to ask her about Deli since the Deli department didn’t want to be bothered. Through the years I have seen less and less diversity working here. Harmons promoted a guy, to manager that has been there less than Liz. This guy will not say a word to you when you need help and stair you down, a tall guy much older and heavy set. Not friendly oriented and always chatting with register 1.Harmons as a whole and the Harmon brothers are making quite some money here. Really where to start…Inflation recently some companies have used this to gauge prices at 80%. I often have to opt to go to Salt Lake to buy organic food. Organic food from Whole Foods since Harmons is overpricing the Organic sector. They had coconut water for $11.99 when at an Organic store its listed for $2 to $3 dollars. A candle will cost you roughly $25 to $60 I bought one of their candles a year ago for $16 I will also post that price difference. Now for the CS desk, some incredible people work there. Except for one, a really rude one that will verbally tell you she is off the clock in no time and doesn’t want to help. Now as for your products please provide more information why your shelfs have more China products now more than ever along with many expired items. Why would hardworking families pay your overpriced pricing?Below is somewhat basic of what $110 will buy you. Veggies, 1 cereal, some dairy and 1 deli item. You also have a daycare issue, for the local residents. This is not daycare. Harmons you also have a homeless situation you could be nicer. Unlike me I like to buy meals for the needy when I see them outside your store. Instead of calling the cops on them how about the Teens that steal and parade your store harassing customers and your employees. Maybe your marketing director could do some community outreach and talk to the local schools about this issue, do his jobs right!

I love and hate Harmons. Here is why, I love that they carry a lot of local Utah products and lots of organic products. I don’t like how expensive everything is. Ridiculous. It’s like I need to take out a loan to shop there.I think sometimes their produce is better quality than Smith’s…but it’s more expensive… but I don’t want to go to Smiths but I might just have to.I love how clean cut their meat is. No funky chicken here!I hate how during the lunch times of nearby high schools you have dumb teenagers riding their scooters or skateboards down the aisle just being plain stupid. Also at the beginning of Covid when everyone was freaking out, Harmons had a special shopping time early morning for “high risk” people who are more likely to get sick to come and shop before anyone else. I was 6 months pregnant and went one early morning to shop and got stopped by an employee freaking out that I had to leave because I wasn’t elderly. But I was pregnant……and still susceptible to catch sickness more easily… anyway that employee was rude.

I've never, EVER, seen a more appalling thing happen at a customer service desk than what I witnessed yesterday.A woman with glasses berated, physically touched another worker and stopped her from trying to actually help me, laughed in her face and said no one cares. I CARE. I CARE THAT SOMEONE WAS BEING TREATED POORLY FOR TRYING TO HELP ME. I CARE THAT I WAS LEFT TO BE IGNORED BECAUSE THIS WOMAN WITH THE GLASSES WAS ON A POWER TRIP.I will not be returning after that and I will be making it known how little this location values their customers experiences and allows people with such poor attitudes to be providing any type of "customer service"

The only grocer in the area that carried decent looking and decent sized collard greens. They were in the organic section and a little pricey, like a lot of items there, but something is better than nothing. All of the other grocers either didn't have any or the leaves were wilted and puny. Harmons is also the only grocer in this area, that I could find, that carries Paromi tea. The store is clean and well kept but it's a little out of my way, so I can't frequent it as much as I would if it were closer.

I am just wondering why this store charges so much for their food. I get it for the specialty prepared items and their meats, but not for the common, everyday items ? I hope people can know that most everything in this store can be purchased elsewhere for A LOT less money. For these kind of prices you would think that you could walk in with a list, hand it to an employee and get a good neck massage while you wait for your list of goods. The only positive thing I can say about this Harmons is that they have a mail drop.

I went to get some fresh sliced turkey at the deli. After being ignored for a few minutes by the girl with the hot pink hair, she grudgingly helped me. She was arrogant, condescending, rude, and not helpful. She had a big chip on her shoulder... Not sure why. All this rudeness and attitude just get some sliced turkey?! No thanks, from now on I will go to Smith's. Better service and cheaper prices. Its worth the the extra 1 minute drive for me to go to Smith's (after today's experience).

This location needs a lot of improvement.Who ever is making the sushi needs to stop . It’s so bad I’ve given it a change a few times and every time I end up tossing it because of how bad it is. Can’t be charging all this money and the food tastes bad.The Taylorsville location is definitely the best when it comes to everything from customer service to the taste of the food.

I love Harmon’s and have shopped in Farmington for years. However since they lost their great fish monger months ago, it has been difficult. Fish is very expensive but today for example the clerk was unable to wrap 2 pieces of salmon so they didn’t slide out of their wrapper on the way home. Really people!!! This sort of stuff happens most of the time now when I buy fish every week. Get it together!
