“I purchased a LoveSac sectional from the Farmington, UT location three weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with both the staff and the ordering process. We were not sent the shoe print and had to call the store after delivery to request it, only to find out they had no record of the configuration we had selected, making it difficult to re-create our sectional.
While assembling the couch, we discovered we were missing a cushion and a cover. We immediately contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who was kind and apologetic, but informed us that the store had made a mistake when ordering the pieces — and that we would be responsible for paying the additional cost.
We requested some form of compensation for the store’s error and the misquote we received, but were told there was nothing they could do. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I am extremely frustrated that at this price point, we have encountered multiple issues and are now expected to cover a significant unexpected fee due to the store’s error.
Update: The Farmington store Manager did reach back out and offer a 5% appeasement discount due to the errors that were made with ordering our cushion which would take care of the addition cushion cost. Thank you Molly! We really appreciate it!
