Best to make an appointment before hand. (I did not know this as this was my first time ever in an apple store)
The tech guy who helped me I think his name was Jeff was professional and explained well without talking down to me. He was able to fix my second hand MacBook Air to basically new (mechanically) without needing to get a replacement. I am very thankful.
Will do business here again.”
“2 employees walked right past me when I walked in needing help. Once I tracked someone down, they knew where the product was I was looking for. Not particularly talkative employees, which depending on the customer could be good or bad.”
