“I was recently in to open a new/old account. The ladies were so helpful and very nice! No one seemed irritated or put out like some bank employees are. I was headed to a different bank prior to coming here, but the lady on the phone to the other bank was rude and seemed more worried about her scheduled appointment that was 1.5 hours out. So, I drove down the road just a bit further and went to the Wells Fargo. I sure am glad I did. All the ladies in there were very helpful and in good spirits.
