I had the most incredible experience with Cox Polaris in Fairview, Utah! As a total stranger in need of urgent repair, I was amazed by the exceptional customer service. The team stopped what they were doing to help me, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had me back on the trails within 45 minutes.
The owner Ron Cox was incredibly friendly and shared how they often assist any passerby in need. Special shoutout to the GM, Jonathan Benson, who was nothing short of amazing. He took time out of his lunch break to personally work on my 4-wheeler.

If I could I would put no stars. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I had my side by side taken over there and they told me that my final bill would be " $300 and some change."It came out to be more like $400. They had my side by side for a week and a half. I told them about my check engine light being on when I had it sent. When I went and picked it up and drove it home the check engine light came on and I explained that to Ron and was told to disconnect the battery cables from the battery and that may work was what he told me. It did not, so I called and explained that to him and he said to call on Monday and they would set up a time to diagnose the problem. I asked him how much it would be he told me another $50. But again I had already told them about the problem the first time.

We had an excellent experience working with Cox Automotive & Sport. Ron is fantastic. He is so sweet and extremely helpful. Ryan walked us through everything we needed to know about our side x side, and he was very thorough and patient in answering all of our questions. His wife (I can't remember her name) had all of our paperwork ready when we arrived. Jonathan installed our accessories and he explained to us about the potential issues we would have if he drilled into the hood to install the brackets for the windshield, which was great because we chose not to do that.
