“Hello, Neven's Thrift Boutique was temporarily closed for about a year and a half. My husband and I, as Neven's daughter, re-opened for her in July of this year. There is an entirely new layout of the store. K&E I am sorry you had a bad experience but unfortunately the business was closed (not all of our hours had reflected that). I'd recommend going back now that we are re-opened and see if we still warrant a bad review. We can't call people liar's if we don't know the whole story. Please remember to be kind to everyone and always be understanding. Yes you entered the store, we do have you on camera. However we had gone into the store the night before and the lock did not turn all the way before we left. It was a simple misunderstanding and we do apologize for our part in it. We had only been concerned that someone was able to go in as something much worse could have happened.Again for anyone who has not been in to Neven's recently I do recommend a new visit as we have change quite a bit. We are open 11am - 7pm Tuesday thru Saturday.”
“One of the fun things about thrift stores is that you never know what you're going to get. Forrest Gump would have a hay day! This one fits the bill and has all the categories that you'd expect: clothing, household goods, knick-knacks, toys, craft supplies, books and more. I feel like I've stepped back in time when I go in here-not only because the inventory is definitely vintage, but the prices are what I would have seen back 20 years ago. Seriously, some other thrift stores I've been to could take a lesson on pricing. I didn't find any treasures that I just HAD to have, but I did enjoy browsing for 20 minutes or so, imagining the life many of these objects had prior to ending up on the shelves of this store.”
