They always block my card when I spend in another state or make an online purchase they block my card even though I call and say I am out of Utah they block my card and I go through a tedious and annoying process because the customer service by cell phone is terrible they take so long every time I have this problem I have to call three times because they are so useless open the account in another bank not in Zions.

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the wonderful lady Rachel at the Zions Bank in Ephraim. We were on a cross country RV road trip and needed a document notarized, and Rachel took care of us even though we were not a bank customer (yet). We are very grateful and we will definitely be a customer in the future once we relocate to the Southwest. I highly recommend this bank for their amazing customer service.

Horrible service. No urgency regarding my issue and it was the banks mistake. I could not get anyone at the Ephraim branch to answer the phone and still can't. I may actually be changing banks after 15 years.

Nate and Aubrey are the best!! Good online banking. Awesome location, nice inside but the outside looks like it was built in the 70’s. Seriously the place is brand new. Who choose that brick?
