Theres a lot so be prepared. The girl that lived next door to me who of course is related to management was awful to me and my roomates. She said disrespectful things and we felt that we had to whisper in our own apartment or if she heard a single sound of us in our rooms she would be banging on the walls, calling her aunt to give us a noise complaint and even coming to bang on our door very loud at night hours if she heard something. Next is i was told to be moved out BEFORE deadline because the managements nephew was moving in to MY room that morning and then I did not get my full deposit refund because of "how gross the room was" after i scrubbed it clean for a whole day before? I felt rushed as they were helping him move into my room as my stuff is still in there. And this is still 2 hours before the move out deadline so it was really unfair. The RA which was the girl that is related to management that checked my room checked it when his stuff was already in my room!! And I got about a fourth of my deposit back. Weird.

Lived at park place for abt a year. I had really great experience with maintenance coming a fixing my problems, just had to fill out a form for him. I never had a problem with the managers of this place bc I always went in during hours and etc. I got my security deposit in full back, they give you a check list and you have to check off what you cleaned. I also had the manager check me off in person there. So if it needed updating or refreshing I was on top of it with her there, so I could get my full deposit back. I never had an issue living here, and I loved the rooms and the outside everything is very well kept and clean.

Park place prides itself on taking advantage of young poor students with no remorse. I could write a novel on the irresponsible illegal actions park place takes part in every single day. Amy will evict you with no warning and with no reason. If you get one complaint from a neighbor she will give you a 3 day notice and then you will be banned from the property. I ended up moving out of park place second semester however I was still required to pay rent and while I was living away from park place I was still getting eviction warnings, explain to me how that adds up? What’s not clearly stated on your lease is the fact that you will not get your full security deposit back for reasons she refuses to explain. She will find every way to pull money out of you. I paid for a apartment with a washer and dryer which was $1000 more and it was broken and ruined a lot of me and my roommates clothes the entire time I lived there. I was compensated $50 for the inconvince. The law requires service animals to be checked off and signed by all other roommates in order to live in the apartment. Amy is apparently above the law and does not follow this. I encountered a dog that ruined my apartment and I had no say in living with it however I was charged for the destruction it caused. Don’t bother cleaning for check out because Amy will charge you either way. I cleaned my portion spotless with picture proof and I was still charged because it was “dirty”. As long as Amy is in charge at Park place, it will ruin your experience at Snow college. Also be sure to read the lease fully and carefully there are things in the lease I wish I had read before signing it that are absolutely ridiculous.

Admittedly, this is a VERY late review. Hopefully things have changed since I left a few years ago, but I’m still so bugged about this place that I felt that inclined to come back and share my experience. The apartment was not clean when we moved in, management was AWFUL with communication to the point that when I left a message that the clubhouse was locked and my clothes were in the washer, they completely ignored it and threw 3 LOADS of my laundry away. Yeah. I went back the day the clubhouse was open again and they told me they got rid of it all. Did they offer any kind of reimbursement or even a SIMPLE apology? No. When I clarified “You threw my clothes away?” The manager literally just stared at me until I walked away. My roommates and I were all great at cleaning and definitely left the place cleaner than we received it, and none of us saw a penny of our deposit back.Again, this was a while ago, so I hope to God that management is different. Maybe it’s great now, but I still get so upset when I think about 3/4 of my wardrobe being thrown out because they refused to communicate or possibly even listen to my voicemail.

This place is making bank and screwing over the students! Just my child's apartment alone with his roommates makes over $9,000 a semester! They keep the thermostat set at 72, which makes it well OVER 75 for the students who live upstairs! They changed their dates and times for payments. Online says one things and then you get an email it says another. The internet and laundry machines are a joke! Kids need to stand up to this place and realize just how much everyone is getting screwed! There's 112 units and times that and they're making over 1 MILLION a semester!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's time for a remodel Park Place! Been since 1988 and you have plenty of money to get that nasty carpet out and put in an up to date refrigerators and top of the line laundry machines and internet!

Do not expect good communication or your full deposit back. Me, my wife and two kids lived there and were given a week's notice that our lease was ending and could not be renewed so we had to scramble for a new place. I spent 7 hours cleaning the apartment, leaving it 100% cleaner than when we moved in (bathrooms were not clean, floors were not vacuumed, most of the blinds were broken and water stained, and the couches had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Our vacuum filled up TWICE the first time we vacuumed and continued to fill consistently every two to three weeks when we vacuumed each Saturday) and we got charged $0.50 for everything on their check list leaving us with more than $40 taken out of our deposits for things which we left much cleaner than when we found it. Nice place, great amenities for college students, but do not expect good communication nor your full deposit back. It won't happen. 1 star to the end.

Park Place is the best place to live by far! The management is amazing and they really care about you and your stay. They always make sure that your apartment is exactly what you paid for. They do a really good job with matching you with roommates that have similar personalities and I have made some of my best friends because they were my roommates. I would highly recommend living here.

The thing I loved most about park place was management. Amy was so good to work with and helped with anything we needed. The apartments are nice and if there are any problems it’s a quick fix. Some nights it was loud, that’s the only complaint I had. They always did fun things like door decorating contests and the complex and clubhouse was always well kept. I would highly recommend.

Park place apartments made my college experience so much better. This wasn’t like most college apartments. You have management that actually cares about you and your stay. They do everything in their power to make sure that you feel like this is home away from home. Amy is a hell of a manager. I would recommend park place 10/10.
