Brigitte Lobley is by far the worst manager to ever set foot in the store. (In the town of Ephraim). She is manipulative & a pathological liar. She shows poor customer service on her end & is an awful employee who treats her coworkers with so much disrespect. With a criminal background like hers, she cannot be trusted. (She was recently arrested for being an accomplice to a crime - Obstruction of Justice, Tampering with evidence ‘weapon’ & witnesses) She should be fired. If there was a negative star rating she deserves it. I see many other reviews on here about here and I have no idea how she still has a job here!

If I could give zero stars- I would. Worst service I have ever received. Brigitte is by far the worst employee/ manager I have EVER dealt with at this place. She was incredibly backhanded and rude to her coworkers- while customers were in the store and as for her customer service? I have never experienced someone so rude in my life. Also recently I found out that she is literally a criminal?!?!?! AND she was recently arrested. Shame on you Verizon. I have never seen such a disrespectful and ridiculous behavior out of someone who’s entire job is based in having proper customer service skills. She should be fired.

The reviews for this store say it all. That manager woman they have working is truly awful to deal with. And she treated her coworkers so poorly when I was in last. All of the other employees are always so wonderful and so helpful. My one star is for them- but the lack of other stars is for the horrible service I usually receive at this store. It’s truly a shame to see a business brought down because of one person.

It is absolutely appalling how this business allows a employee like the “manager” Brigitte to still work here. The most unhelpful and downright rude person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with at this store. On top of everything she was horrible towards the other workers in the store and she was even recently arrested! How can you keep a criminal working at your store like this? They say not to let one bad experience ruin something for you but this horrid employee has shown time and again she has no care for customers or her coworkers. You have lost this customer and you will continue to lose customers until you remove that awful person from your store.

I’ve had good experience with general employees but Brigette Lobley is an awful manager. She is rude to employees but obviously tries to save face in front of costumers. I also found out she got arrested recently for being an accomplice in a crime. She needs to be fired. New management is needed!

The manager was so bad that everybody at the store eventually quit, according to an employee. Now, it seems clear that the store has undertrained employees who haven't even been told about programs from Verizon. And, the person who one of the employees reached didn't know about a program, either. Another didn't pick up and a second employee said she never answers the second employee's calls. After stepping out of the store, I called Verizon customer service and sure enough, the program I asked about exists.Also, twice now have I tried to make a routine monthly payment and employees didn't know how to even do that.I would give a 0.5 if I could.

I witnessed the most extreme awful customer service I have ever seen today. This poor woman came in to add two iPhones to her account. The agent, named Brie was rude beyond belief. Before the woman could even show her the offer she was sent from verizon, she was rudely told she was wrong, and could not offer any explanation. She dialed up a real agent and handed her phone to the woman. She became agitated when other customers entered the store. She claimed she couldn't help anyone else because this woman had her tied up. She was not doing anything to help her, but stood there not acknowledging anyone else that was waiting. After a long wait I chose to go to another store. You lost a number of customers today.

Took us two months and multiple phone calls to get our bill fixed after being lied to while buying a new phone and Samsung watch. The service is horrible and nothing was done about our bill when told otherwise.
