5510 E 2200 N, EdenThe Carlos & Harley's Fresh-Mex and Bar restaurant is an Eden, Utah, town landmark. The original building was build as a General Store back in 1881 and is still a place of nostalgia and heritage. The restaurant has kept the rustic look and offers good mexican-style food. Ambiance, service and food are good. The plate of chips and salsa was good, but did not come as a compliment, you have to order and pay for them. It is a nice place to stop while driving to Huntsville, Nordic Valley, or Wolf Creek. Recommended.
