Every time we've done anything with Sunset storage, their customer service has been top-notch! When we rented a unit from them, they were prompt with responses to any questions and resolved a billing issue when we were done quickly and without any issues.
We've rented uhauls from them a few times, and it's always been a great experience. This last time I locked my phone in the uhaul after I dropped off the key, they answered their phone quickly and grabbed my phone first thing in the morning, when I went in, they even had it on a charger ? I will always go back to them as long as I live in the area!!

Don't know much about the storage service, but the Uhaul experience with this location has been absolutely fantastic every time I have been there. Quick and easy with the paper work, friendly and helpful with hooking up the trailers, and super accommodating when things don't go to plan. I have a location closer to me, but I prefer driving a little further to work with this team. I highly recommend this service and the team here.

Not too happy with the ending resolution with renting from this location... at time of opening unit, the employee with the first name Tyler is the one who directly told me that if at any time you pay for your month and move out before that month has passed that there would be a refund for the days we didn't use storage. Thanks for lying, Tyler. We paid the bill on or before the due date and had the unit empty by the 17th. My pin code was also used that night and that's the last time I stepped foot on the property. We paid 160 for 5 days and feel like we were taken advantage of... sunset should not inform clients of false hope and have them believe they will be treated fair... shame on these guys... won't be renting from your business in the future...

We've had a storage unit here for over 2 years. We've never had any issues with the staff, auto payments, accessing our unit or break-ins. When they raised their prices, they gave us a discount since we were an existing customer. I think the pricing should stay what it is when you initially got the unit, but I understand that's how business works. They have moving supplies and Uhauls, which was super convenient for us since we moved into (and now out of) that neighborhood.

These guys have been awesome. Helped me out with spot in their overflow area for my trailer. Even cut me a discount cause it didn't have a spot on the asphalt. Recently they have just decided to up my monthly payment without any heads up no email no letter nothing by $35. Been on auto pay, so for 3 or 4 months didn't even notice. Before we get emails of $5 changes. so we called .... The only response we get is its inflation. Been there almost 10 years they are just as shady as the rest.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSEI would absolutely love to see a copy of this emailed increase that we just didn't get ... !A 50% increase on my spot is ridiculous. I am now paying for a spot that was originally not even a spot hints the discount, ( "If I didn't mind being put in a overflow spot").(overflow) matter fact I was originally told I would get a call ounce a spot opened? With a discounted overflow spot I didn't mind not getting a spot ?? I'm not sure why you guys thought this was ok but I'm pretty sure at minimum you are required to email or get ahold of the tenants before you just raise and charge their cards?? Regardless if it's the second time its increased we have gotten phone calls and emails before so what was different this time??

Terrible company. Signed a contract for $189 and a few months later they increased the payment to $250 with out notice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! there are 4 other storage unit company’s in eagle mountain that are actually honest. And don’t break contracts.

I rented a UHaul trailer here and everything went perfectly. Brenton was friendly and helpful. He pulled the trailer out and had it ready to go a few minutes before they opened (he didn't know I was there already). He opened two minutes early and took care of everything promptly. It was checked in promptly and without hassle after return as well. My past experiences with the UHaul place in Lehi (that has now closed) never went this smoothly.

Terrible business. The Owner Scott only cares for himself doesn't care about his customers or employees. They will take your money and have a sue me mentality. Save yourself and go to the other 2 storage options in eagle mtn

I had sunset storage for about a year and overall had a great experience. When we went in we were always helped with great customer service and they were proactive about addressing my concerns. My only complaint was a man who worked there said he'd close our unit and send us a confirmation email and we won't be charged for the following month. It didn't happen and everytime we called it wasn't addressed or fixed, and we talked to the same man everytime we called. Eventually, a month later, I was charged again. I called one last time and the manager picked up apologized and took care of everything at that moment. He was a doll and he made it 100x better.

Literally the WORST uhaul rental experience of my life. EVER. And I’ve moved over two dozen times. We’re still on hold three hours after arriving with horrible customer support & service. We made the reservation weeks in advance and we called the number on the reservation AND the pickup location a day ahead to confirm everything was ready. No me here & no one is available on site or via phone & the voicemail is full. Uhaul phone wait times are over an hour. This bites.

NEVER RENT HERE. They are crooked. Charge cards with out permission. Never contact the storage unit owner adequately. I made a request for a refund after they charged my card incorrectly and they pushed the charge through that day. I’ve had to have my bank contact them for a proper refund. They did not tell us about the payment til after it was charged we were told $140 when it’s actually $200. No one contacts you or keeps you updated with requests. Go anywhere else.
