The AutoZone in Eagle Mountain has been super nice to have close by. They have most things I need. There are few random parts for my little Miata they don’t carry, but even when they have to order them from other stores they usually get there in a day or so-usually same day. The staff is polite and helpful-just know that most of them are set up to help with basic car knowledge but if you go in there looking for specifics on how to change out an alternator (or insert slightly complicated part here) they are not built for that-nor do I think they are hired for that! Overall definitely a nice addition to the Porters Crossing area!

Stopped by Monday, October 16 to get a headlight for my daughter’s car. The employee looked it up online and told me to go down the aisle and find it. I had to go back and ask for the part number as there were several. None of the three employees we saw were doing anything except for talking to each other. It would have been nice to have them find the light for me rather than tell me to go find it myself. I think some training would be beneficial for these employees and to say thank you or ask if we needed anything else

Needed to replace a battery in my key fob sweet little girl behind a desk took care of everything even put it in my fob for me. I love girl power! Keep up the awesomeness!

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Came in July 23, 2023 at 5pm. Just incase you wanted to know who was on staff.1st things first. Upon walking in employees are just chilling watching movies on their phone. Stalking shelves and watching movies on their phone. Maybe that contributed to the second thing.Second thing here I am at home replacing brake pads and rotors. A simple job really. Replaced the rotors open up the brand new fresh pads to find.... wait for it....... used damn pads. So I now have the privilege of doing this job twice. Thanks eagle mountain autozone. See you tomorrow!!!!.

I went looking for the air filter for my car, I had no idea how it worked, so I was looking in the guide book they have there so that people like me (we don't know ??) can find out what type of filter their car needs. The lady who was there was very kind, she even taught me how to change the car filter by myself.

Rented a wrench ($65 deposit) and purchased $40 worth of stuff bc I had a $40 gift card. Suggested to run 2 different transactions but employee said it would be easier to do it all at once. Now that I’m returning the wrench they want to give me a $40 gift card when it was supposed to be used on the stuff I purchased. Spoke to old lady manager who didn’t care and said she wasn’t there so she couldn’t do anything about it and walked away. Terrible attitude and customer care.. seems like I’m not the only be who has experienced her incompetence. FYI if you’re the manager reading this a little kindness and sympathy goes a long way.

I had a battery that I purchased at autozone go bad, within the 2 year warranty. I didnt have the receipt, but they were able to help me get a new battery and even installed it for it for me.

Good place, went to the SS one and they didn’t have the part I needed so I drove all the way out here to get my part and the guy who helped me was apparently the only one working there and was super nice and a great help. He helped me with everything and knew where it was and specifications. Complimented me on my car and had me in and out In no time. Great place. Hard to get too but it’s not there fault for that.

These guys and gals know their stuff. They helped me get exacly the right parts for my brake job. Even suggested a brand that was less expensive because it performed better and offered a better warranty. Their honest to a fault.

They were extremely hand off and distant when I first got there they didn’t offer to help me find what I needed. When I finally got everything to the counter they were more welcoming as they were ringing me up.
