Maybe don’t put a block on my card for “suspicious activity” every time I want to go to thanksgiving point or grab a taco.

Literally the worst customer service at this bank- DO NOT BANK here. Well, unless of course, you believe that the tellers time is more important than yours. Came in to pick up my debit card, waited forever to be acknowledged, and the two drive thru tellers sat there staring at the lobby and no customers helped. I finally got to the front where I was informed the person helping me didn’t have authority to look at my id and match it to a debit card? Waited 15 minutes for the other teller, who never came, and so I had to leave to make another appointment. I work downtown and cannot drive in before 5 each day. 20+ years as a customer and this is how they treat you. Plenty of staff on site; just too incompetent to aid anyone.

I went to this location to exchange 585 euros for dollars. Since I was not a customer currently, I agreed to pay a $10 exchange fee which I thought was reasonable. When I got home, I noticed the exchange rate was $45 different than the rate on line. So they made $55 on that transaction. That is highway robbery. I feel I was fleeced by them. When I called back and talked to Ethan Ball the teller, he said sarcastically "Well we're not going to do it for free". Well, I didn't ask you to do it for free. But making $55 on that transaction? That is extortion. I could see the $10 fee if that was the only fee, but they ended up making 10% on that money. And I didn't appreciate Ethan Ball's comment either.

Susan (with the blonde curly hair)is the absolute worst teller she is so rude and didn’t even let me think before I spoke she definitely got the coffee jitters because her hand movements were that of a monkey on cr/\ck, definitely don’t recommend doing any transactions with her, all the other tellers were very polite but Susan’s attitude made me uncomfortable and I won’t be coming back to this bank

Great customer service at this branch. I needed to deposit a business check written from another bank, and I needed to have the funds verified. The teller called the other bank and verified funds. My business is in South Salt Lake, and I drive to Draper because of their customer service.

I use the drive through a lot. They are always quick and very helpful. They make sure that they have provided you with as much service as you need. They always ask if there is anything else that they can do for me.

I have came to this particular Branch on several occasions I thought the 1st time it was maybe just bad timing. But now I realize that this bank has rude tellers and are unorganized and quite slow each time I have came. Just plan to stay awhile if you choose to come here. For I will not be back. My rating is for poor service.

I go to this bank everyday, sometimes the staff is okay but lately they have been so rude! the lady with the blonde curly hair has a bad attitude every time she “helps” me. I was at zions today and apparently I counted something 00.25 over what I wrote on my deposit slip, i told the guy that was helping me if he could just put it in the account the lady scarfed at me and rolled her eyes. I have a very uncomfortable experience every time I come to this bank.

I’ve banked with Zion for years, ever since I was 12, but they’ve really let their customer service go down the drain. After being blamed myself and being told “Don’t try to ever do this again” after a teller messed up and did something she wasn’t supposed to do, was done. At this location specifically it’s been time and time again that I myself or family members have been made out to be “the bad guys” for things the branch has been the cause of the mess up. They don’t seem to care what people’s perception of them is and don’t care who they loose as clients. I will switching banks as soon as my pending transactions go through.

This branch gave me a terrible experience. I walked in to create a new business account and was treated very poorly by Cassandra Vierig, who set up my new account with me. To top things off, she told me that I would have my tax ID number and company card mailed to me within 2 weeks. Its been almost 2 months now and I haven't received anything. I've called numerous times and they always apologize and say they will makes things right, but so far have not. The second time I walked into their branch, I wanted to make a withdrawal, and they told me their system was down and were unable to give me my money. I will be closing this account and never returning to Zions Bank.

I've been banking at this location for 13 years now and have never experienced a single problem. Large or small amounts to have transferred, dispensed, invested or what have you it's all been straight forward and simple. Whomever does the hiring at this branch is a genius and a professional.

Unfortunately, Zions will be losing this long time customer and my business after 21 years. They are incapable of handling even the most simple of requests. I have 1 personal checking account and a couple of joint accounts. The joint account holder and I have agreed that despite the 3 dollar a month paper statement fee we would prefer to have the paper trail for our records for acounts a and b. Ergo 2 accounts would remain on paper statement cycle. The joint account c would remain paperless despite the new fee as it's activity is minimal and easily monitored. I prefer online banking and as it's my personal account there should be no crossover in actions. However, despite 8 phone calls, 3 in person visits and one rude teller insisting it was my fault they have managed to single handedly move ALL the accounts - including my personal account - from paperless to paper to paperless and then paper and now back again. I'm not sure how I could be more clear that account A and B ending in xxxx and xxxy is to be paperless and account b ending in xxyz is to be sent a monthly paper statement? Still, they've seemingly made the impossibility of repeated incompetence a reality. I'm not looking forward to the hassle of moving company accounts and redoing attorney paperwork etc, but this has been a non-stop nightmare for 5 months now. Each cycle I feel I should start a betting pool as to whether I will be able to access my accounts online or if I will be receiving multiple paper statements. If they can't handle such a small request, which quite frankly is a backbone of banking, and then they have the audacity to accuse me of messing up their system by trying to login to MY ACCOUNT before 30 days has passed then I am quite certain they are not trustworthy enough to handle my money or my business.

Incompetent and inept. I tried to deposit a Christmas check from my mother, made out to my wife and I, but they refused saying I needed "...to open a business account". Idiots! I went to another branch down the road and deposited it, and now I plan to switch to Wells Fargo for all of my banking needs - they actually ASSIST their customers!!
