I previously used the Walgreens at 176 E 13800 S in Draper, Utah successfully for my prescriptions, but for my past three routine refills I’ve gone to the Pharmacy counter and no one comes to assist me. Today I waited for over five minutes, watching three people back in the pharmacy chit-chatting away with no one coming to assist me at the front counter! It was the middle of the morning (10:17 am), there were no other customers and all I had was a basic pick-up. This has happened the past two times I’ve been to Walgreens, and my wife recently ran into a similar problem, so we’ve changed our pharmacy preference with the primary care providers we have for all future prescriptions. Apparently Walgreens no longer provides basic pharmacy services - I wonder what their customer support is nowadays?!?

Card skimmer warning my card started rejecting here for no reason or warning then I realized the machine has a skimmer on it so my card security is blocking their charge if your visa is having issues here that's why just go to Harmon's across the street no issues there

EMBEZZLEMENT WARNING!!! This location is embezzling money from customers. They made a simple process be a huge headache! They took my medical insurance and tried to charge me $1200 that normally costs me $25. They deliberatly made a simple process be extremely frustrating, hoping I would just pay the $1200 and be on my way so they could steal the rest of the money. They kept giving excuses as to why it was $1200 instead of the normal $25. Excuses that other pharmacies scratch their heads at. CAUTION! This location needs to be reported to the authorities!

Website says they close at 10:00 got there at 9:05 and they were closed. Pharmacist could see me and he just completely ignored me.Last time I got a prescription filled they told me it would be 1 hr 30 mins.Came back and the prescription still wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 30 mins to get the prescription. (Wouldn’t have come back the second time but they already had this other prescription in their system. ) Will not be returning. .

Every time I visit/order prescriptions to this location, there is some sort of issue. No matter what you do there will always be something preventing you from acquiring what you want. Organized chaos with zero accountability or communication. Professional time wasters

Crazy terrible. Had a prescription called in for my wife who couldn't get out of bed. 4 hours later, hadn't heard anything from them, decided to go in and see if I could get it. Get there, wait in line, get to the front and they tell me they don't have the medicine and can't fill it. Never told anyone that, just decided to keep it to themselves till I showed up. Then told me to call around, maybe I could find it somewhere. Asked if they could help me find a place with it, said they couldn't, I had to call around. So, I had to go back to work, and instead of trying to help and finding a place that did have it (4 hours after not telling anyone they couldn't do it), my bedridden wife and I got to call around town trying to find somewhere that could. Still haven't found it, but no biggie, we can just be sick all Christmas!

Not only do they provide horrifically bad service, but they are complete jerks about it. They never seem to be able to come up with the correct number of pills, and I have caught them multiple times making up stories about being out of something, when it turned out they had plenty in stock. Just yesterday, they said they needed half an hour to fill our prescription. We came back in an hour, and the person behind the counter snidely suggested that we needed to give them more time to fulfill orders, and that we were inconsiderate for showing up so quickly trying to fill the prescription (it had been called in hours earlier at that point). On a later phone call, they said not to come in the next day either because they were out of the medication and needed to order it. A different employee later clarified that they had plenty, and could fill our prescription immediately. This was for a medication that was emergently needed to help stop internal bleeding, and the outrageously unprofessional behavior of the Walgreens staff resulted in more medical care being required.Their lack of professionalism has, on numerous occasions, caused serious health complications for my family members.Go somewhere else.

Extremely rude pharmacist and tech. They were actually talking about me to each other and I could hear them. When I confronted them about it, they laughed at me.

I absolutely had an amazing experience with the cashier at this place. Christy was beyond exceptional when it came to helping me with the steam gift cards and activation codes. 5/5

Before you leave ask for what prescriptions you are given. They auto fill prescriptions. If you want them or not.
