Card skimmer warning my card started rejecting here for no reason or warning then I realized the machine has a skimmer on it so my card security is blocking their charge if your visa is having issues here that's why just go to Harmon's across the street no issues there

EMBEZZLEMENT WARNING!!! This location is embezzling money from customers. They made a simple process be a huge headache! They took my medical insurance and tried to charge me $1200 that normally costs me $25. They deliberatly made a simple process be extremely frustrating, hoping I would just pay the $1200 and be on my way so they could steal the rest of the money. They kept giving excuses as to why it was $1200 instead of the normal $25. Excuses that other pharmacies scratch their heads at. CAUTION! This location needs to be reported to the authorities!

Website says they close at 10:00 got there at 9:05 and they were closed. Pharmacist could see me and he just completely ignored me.Last time I got a prescription filled they told me it would be 1 hr 30 mins.Came back and the prescription still wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 30 mins to get the prescription. (Wouldn’t have come back the second time but they already had this other prescription in their system. ) Will not be returning. .

Every time I visit/order prescriptions to this location, there is some sort of issue. No matter what you do there will always be something preventing you from acquiring what you want. Organized chaos with zero accountability or communication. Professional time wasters

Not only do they provide horrifically bad service, but they are complete jerks about it. They never seem to be able to come up with the correct number of pills, and I have caught them multiple times making up stories about being out of something, when it turned out they had plenty in stock. Just yesterday, they said they needed half an hour to fill our prescription. We came back in an hour, and the person behind the counter snidely suggested that we needed to give them more time to fulfill orders, and that we were inconsiderate for showing up so quickly trying to fill the prescription (it had been called in hours earlier at that point). On a later phone call, they said not to come in the next day either because they were out of the medication and needed to order it. A different employee later clarified that they had plenty, and could fill our prescription immediately. This was for a medication that was emergently needed to help stop internal bleeding, and the outrageously unprofessional behavior of the Walgreens staff resulted in more medical care being required.Their lack of professionalism has, on numerous occasions, caused serious health complications for my family members.Go somewhere else.

Extremely rude pharmacist and tech. They were actually talking about me to each other and I could hear them. When I confronted them about it, they laughed at me.

I absolutely had an amazing experience with the cashier at this place. Christy was beyond exceptional when it came to helping me with the steam gift cards and activation codes. 5/5

Worst pharmacy! Lindsey is bully! I am an older adult I’m shocked by the pharmacy protocol and indifference when it comes to customers. I truly never thought customer relations could be so horrible until I experienced Lindsey and Chad the pharmacist they truly are awful!! I am completely perplex that Walgreens values these employees. Chad is a horrible pharmacist! I reported to corporate, I have no expectation of hearing back from them! Walgreens simply doesn’t care. So very sad. They have messed up my prescriptions and simply have no regard for my health. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere.This is not the only forum giving this pharmacy negative reviews. Before filling your prescription think twice.

This Walgreens is very nice. The cashiers are always so nice, and friendly, always willing to help, they always have the shelves stocked to perfection, always have what I need, plus it's always so clean inside. ?

This Walgreens is very nice. The cashiers are always so nice, and friendly, always willing to help, they always have the shelves stocked to perfection, always have what I need, plus it's always so clean inside. The ONLY downfall is since they are low in staff they always keep closing early. I'm not even sure what time they close now. I arrive and it's closed yet it's only 7 pm? So.. if they updated the hours on the door and honored them then I would change it to 5 stars.. but for now, I'm putting 4 stars.

Draper location stepped up for me this eve. I had a unsatisfactory experience today at their Riverton 12600 S. Redwood location photo center. I ordered a 1 hour photo in the morning. 5 hours later I am told they did not even start the job. No accountability whatsoever. I needed the photos done so I contacted the Draper location 6pm this even and and hour later it was done. Thank you to the Bangerter loc. I really appreciate you coming through this eve.

Pharmacy is a joke here and the one guy I talked to was very rude to me. Didn't know my license was expired and I've been getting my medicine here with it for awhile now. I don't drink or go out using my id so I didn't know. He says" we need id for this prescription" I hand it to him, and I've never seen this guy here before at this store and he hands me my license back " this is expired, I can't do anything." I say what? I didn't know, sorry. Anything I can do? because you've guys taken it before with my license last time and I guess everytime before also. He replies.. I can't do anything about it and no one should have giving you your prescription and doesn't say sorry or anything and turns around acting busy with no one in line behind me.. a simple sorry thrown in would have made this not be such a bad experience. Been going to Walgreens for 3 years for this prescription, after that a$$ I'll be moving places and paying an extra dollar or 3 at walmart for it now.

Worst pharmacy experience. I came here yesterday for a prescription and today waited for a scheduled Covid vaccine. Every single person in line for the pharmacy left frustrated. One elderly lady has said she’s been trying to get her prescription for over a week. Another person had their 90 day prescription filled as a 30 day and couldn’t give them the proper amount. If you need to pick up a prescription, expect 30 minutes to an hour waiting for the pharmacy. PLEASE take your business literally anywhere else.
