We had one of the best experiences selling our car here. Scott reached out and stated interest in the car we were selling and they even gave us more than we thought we could get from our car. All of the communication was quick and straightforward and the transparency was very appreciated. Once we decided to go with them when we arrived, the whole process took about 30 minutes which we really appreciated how quick it was. If you ever are thinking of selling your vehicle go here, they are fair and will give you a great deal, they stick to the KBB value of your car too which is great!

The company has a large inventory but they treat their customers like a production line number. Didn’t get the car detailed or even got a tour of my car’s features after the purchase. I was promised all of this and more but was just pushed down the line to get the sell. Hidden fees and hidden warranty features. Unless they have the exact car you want go somewhere else.

We had a positive car buying experience with Velocity. David was very responsive and let us try out several SUVs as we narrowed down what we wanted. He was responsive but didn't pressure us at all. Steven was very nice and great to work with on the finance side. It was all pretty simple. Plus Velocity had the best prices for what we wanted.

I helped my little sister buy a car from this dealership last month, but after we got home we noticed there were no tools to access the spare tire, or a jack. She went back to the dealership and asked for these tools and they told her no. She and I are very confused why a car salesman would sell a car without the necessary emergency tools that any car should come with. Willing to change to 5-stars if this can be rectified.

I had such a great experience at Velocity! I don’t have a huge understanding of cars but Ryan helped educate me on things to look for when looking at cars, and he knew exactly what type of car would be a good fit for me within in my budget! I highly recommend asking for him when you go in!

For as many cars as I’ve got in the last 4 years this has by far been the worst experience. The finance group does not know how to do their job. I signed and drove away with my car exactly a month ago and they are now just reaching out to say that the loan wasn’t approved and they need money down. They didn’t pay off my other loan for days and screwed me over for it. They clearly don’t know how to do their job and should learn. If you are thinking about buying a car from here be so cautious with the financing. They will lie and not tell you the full truth until after you’ve signed. Make sure you review all paperwork very closely & talk to the bank yourself, do not trust what they tell you. If I could do 0 stars for the lack of communication and unprofessionalism I would

I had a great experience at Velocity!
I worked with Kyle from sales, and he was kind, helpful, and did not pressure me. I really appreciated that after having an experience the same day at a big car dealer with a lot of pressure and price negotiations.
Velocity tells you exactly what the price is and doesn't have hidden fees or negotiations. That made all the difference for me.

The only dealership I will ever go to in the future! Chris made shopping for a new car fun and easy! He was very helpful and knowledgeable when I didn’t know what I wanted exactly. I ended up walking away with my dream car. They also worked tirelessly to get me the best deal on financing. I have never walked away from a dealership feeling this confident in my purchase. An honest , not pushy or intimidating dealership every one should visit !

Do not buy your cars from here. I payed $20,000 when the car was only going to be $14,000. I am finding so many issues with my car and it's too late to take it back. I got scammed. Do not come here. I am literally fumming with anger. This is absolutely ridiculous
