This VASA location is good enough to get your daily dose of endorphins (that's up to you, of course). But the hidden fees make me mad. It feels like someone is stealing money from your pocket. But it's VASA's policy, and the Draper facility franchisee is not to blame. At least that's what I've decided to think. I just moved to this area and I'm looking for a gym. It's sad that VASA head office is spoiling the overall impression of this facility. I'll probably choose another place to have fun. I don't want to be cheated with these hidden fees.

Very poor service from Max on my guest pass. Unwilling to lookup any of my guest information since I didn’t have my barcode and actually pitched a fit and huffed when he had to get up from the front desk to get a manager, since he didn’t know what he was doing.

This Draper location is newly renovated and has leveled up to be as good as or better than all the other VASA locations! All new flooring, equipment organized in a layout that makes sense, Olympic lifting area, dedicated training area, and now STUDIO RED. The staff here are incredibly helpful and kind. 5/5 ⭐!

I Abhor Vasa Fitness. A ridiculous amount of hidden fees, I paid a minimum of 125$+ extra than what I assumed I would. In regards to Vasa in Draper, this gym is probably the worst one in Utah. Its Tiny, Packed, and doesn't have any amenities that you pay for compared to other Vasa Locations.

Hot steaming pile of trash. This gym is horrible and just try to take as much money from you as possible. They are trying to charge 125$ to cancel, when I explicitly told the receptionist that I won't sign a contract unless I don't pay a cancellation fee since I'm only in town for a month and a half. They said that's totally fine and there won't be a fee, I'm now trying to cancel and they are saying there's no way I can cancel without the 14 different atrocious fees for cancelling. I'm now stuck trying to cancel and also trying to figure out why the receptionist doesn't tell you about any of the fees and the fact that they lie to you. Don't touch any of the locations with a 10 foot pole just a complete trap to rip you off as much as possible. Keep in mind my coworker did the same thing as me and when he went to cancel his membership he wasn't charged anything. I'm making sure that all of my other coworkers leave terrible reviews as well.

Love Vasa! Been a member for 3 years now. Sometimes the machines and pool/ sauna get a little gross. Use wipes for equipment and wear flip flops in the swim area.

Honestly 10/10 worst experience ever. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. Didn’t know what their deal was but so long as certain staff members work there I won’t be coming and won’t be recommending this gym again.

The fact people are following orders to leave a bad reviews while not even attending the location, from a member who was harassing a 19 year old female who works the front desk. He was rejected by her and the harassment got to the point he was banned from the location. Carson is a pos, the people leaving reviews are worse imo.

Hidden $60 fee upon joining, not clearly marked on website. Not only is there a sign up fee and a cancellation fee (if you cancel “too soon”) but also a third $60 fee which only gets charged two months after you sign up (assuming you won’t notice) which is only to “ensure your monthly rate won’t ever increase”. Oh yeah, all that on top of $25/month. If I wanted to spend $100+ to hang out in a space crowded full of Mormon teens I’d go to Lagoon.

Great gym if you like to use bathrooms more sketchy than a bathroom at an old run down gas station. Really, it's very gross. I feel like I might catch a disease.

I've always loved this Vasa. It's been my favorite because it's more low key. But they just took out cinema and I'm NOT happy about it. Why is Vasa getting rid of all the cardio cinemas???! Not everyone is just about weight lifting. It's very disappointing. Not happy with Vasa anymore.

I've really enjoyed the gym, the friends and staff, and the progress I've made while being here. However this red punching bag station right in the middle of the functional training area is SO DUMB! It's already a small area, and you've made it even smaller by haphazardly putting this beast here.

I have been going to this Vasa for a little over 2 years now and I love it! I have made friends with the staff and they are always excited to help me find new workouts and techniques when I ask! The only problem is, it's too small. It gets really busy between 2pm until 10pm just about everyday, it feels like everyone is on top of each other. I think if they got a bigger facility it would be more comfortable to work out, there would be access to more equipment and they would have enough room to have some of the luxury's other gyms have. For example, a steam room or a basketball court.

Kids, kids, and more kids. From 3pm to close there are an insane amount of middle and high school kids. I’m not sure where they are all coming from. Large group social hangouts, loud and obnoxious, on their phones, rough housing and taking pics in the mirror blocking weights. Cringe bad form and throwing barbells down after lifting them for some reason…? Maybe forattention, because it hinders any progress. It’s just a mess. This is literally a social hotspot/daycare for teens paid by parents, and when they pack in there there is no equipment or even a dumbbell available. It is so overcrowded. But not like gym overcrowded. Like concert overcrowded…around weights…people with phones…in a gym. It’s weird.Not sure if this is even legal some of these guys look far below 16. In any case, unless you can go while they’re in school you’ll regret coming here.

Worst company ever go to a different gym you end up paying just as much here anyway. They don't fix things at any location.
