Utley's European Auto is hands down the best shop in the SLC area. Dallas and his crew won’t rip you off, they will be fair with you. Being a woman you can get taken advantage of with car stuff, but not at Utley’s. Owning a European car is not cheap as we know, but thanks to Dallas and his team I’m able to enjoy the ride.

Failed to meet scheduled date, called a week ahead and got confirmation on the next Friday and when I showed up was told I wouldn’t be seen for another week. Extremely disappointed with communication even after going through all the positive reviews. If they were that bad at communicating a time, who know what could have been told me me later. Glad I didn’t give them my car.

This is the second time I bring my vehicle (Audi Q5) into this shop and have been extremely satisfied with the knowledge and service provided. This recent time was for a check engine light (low oil) and I wanted to ensure nothing else was wrong with the vehicle. In the end, it did just turn out to be low oil and they didn’t charge me a thing! I believe the folks at Utley’s are honest and great mechanics and will definitely recommended for all your European car needs. I will definitely be back! I really appreciate you guys!

As a single woman looking to have your car repaired this can be very stressful. Not knowing much about cars and having to trust a repair shop to be honest with you is almost a miracle. Well I am here to tell you that Dallas and his crew have exceeded that in numerous ways! They took the time to explain the things my car needed and the importance of how soon they needed to be done. I never felt they tried to sell me anything and were happy to take the time to make sure I was comfortable with the repairs. They went above and beyond and were priced more than fair. I would recommend the shop to anyone that is tired of being taken advantage of everywhere else. This is one of the few good businesses left out there. Can’t say enough good things.

By far the worst service I have ever received. It took 2.5 months to complete my car, zero communication (unless I called), and a brush off on their end when I would ask for an update. The cost ended up being far greater than originally quoted along with leather seat damage on the drivers side when I finally got it back. Choose another auto repair if at all possible.

Utley's has taken care of my MB for more than 5 years. I tried other shops and even the dealer first. What a mistake! Dallas has gone the extra mile time, and time again. Fair, Honest, and Talented. What more could you ask? I would go as far as to recommend him to my Grandmother, and yours.

I’ve taken my BMW to Jay @ Utley’s multiple times they’ve always been so accommodating. Even repaired by flat tire that occurred while there. Really appreciate their work and patients. Specially Jay he’s the one I always work with. Thx Guys.

Everyone should definitely come here if you have European car don’t bother to go to the dealership. went to the dealer and they told us they will tear our car and it will take a week to figure out what’s wrong. However we went to Utley’s European omg they fix our car in less than 10mins. Love them

Not super great at communication, however, they are crazy busy fixing all these European cars that clearly have a lot of problems.
They are my go to after BMW.

Dallas is the very best mechanic I have ever been too - He’s worked on my Audi S5 Cabrolet, Audi TTS, Audi Etron and my Volkswagen EOS - I trust him, his ability and most of all his honesty his ethics are beyond reproach!

This review is unsolicited but I just wanted to say these guys are great! All women can understand the struggle and discomfort of going to any repair/auto shop. Not once did they make me feel stupid, and I didn’t feel like I needed to know the answers before I walked in so they wouldn’t over-charge me. They were always quick to respond and very thorough at explaining the problem and solutions to fix it. Definitely will be the only place I bring my car from now on. I drive an Audi and they seemed to have extensive knowledge on my exact car make, which I appreciated and feel like it saved so much time figuring out solutions to the problem I was having.
