Daniel Paris is amazing. We had a house being built and the lender we were using at the time was giving us an approval on our loan and 2 weeks before we were supposed to move our family from one state to another, denied us for stupid reason. That’s when we were given Daniel’s number, and he said he could do it and he sure did! He saved my family big time! I would recommend him ten times over.

Daniel is the best there is. We had complex financials that we knew would be challenging for underwriting and he worked tirelessly to ensure everything was executed on promptly. We had chats first thing in the morning on some days and 10:30 p.m. at night on others. He truly cares about his clients and that was clear from the start. We got an incredible rate, were able to execute the lock immediately when we wanted to, and we were clear to close start to finish in a little more than 2 weeks. He and his team worked faster than we were even able to move. Everything was so well buttoned up on the loan and well communicated that we closed in under 20 minutes. Absolutely fantastic experience and should we need a mortgage or refinance in the future, we know who to call.

I needed to put an offer in before the weekend ended and Daniel was quick to help start the paperwork, and on a Sunday! He stayed with me through the whole process ensuring that I could meet all the deadlines and close on the home of my dreams in only two weeks. He was available to answer all my questions and gave the lowest rate possible.

Dan is the MAN! Looking for ways to reduce our mortgage payment, stumbled upon this company through Google search and glad I did. He is saving us $150 per month on our mortgage, with a lower rate, got our escrow fully funded, and now I'm not even paying my mortgage for the next two months! Daniel was amazing! He took care of us and got us a great loan for our home. He made the process easy and simple for us. It was so easy that my wife and I made it more stressful then the whole process was cause it was that easy. We built a home it took 7 months even with it taking a while for our home to be finished Daniel would check in and see how things were. I would recommend Daniel to everyone top notch all around!!!!
