Great company great employees!!
I went into this ups store with some returns Celia instantly greeted me and helped me with my returns she made it all go by super fast and efficient. All the employees at this store seem super helpful and they are always kind to customers. I will be coming back

Wow! Even though there was a bunch of people in line with Amazon returns I was welcomed and treated very well! I think it was Celia (don’t know if I spelled it right) she was so helpful I noticed how great she was with the other people and was cool with waiting my turn

Biggest rip off store EVER! Amazon returns cost $2.00
Printing two normla pieces of paper for a resume cost me almost 5 DOLLARS! At FedEx Kinkos it would have been like .22 cents. Don't waste youe time coming here for anything.

Absolutely the most efficient & friendly UPS location we've ever been to. Luckily it's the closest location to our home & we certainly lucked out. The owner is often there and so very helpful, accommodating. The team makes everything easy & smooth without any hassle at all. Highly recommend this location!

I usually get really good and fast help at this location but the day I went in for my last drop off, the young female worker was really suggesting that I go to the post office for my drop off. It was close to 6 pm. I've also had dropped off my USPS things here before. I actually had to tape my own little box with the roll of tape I bought and she literally was helping everyone else tape and package theirs. All other workers I've met before are really great. I'm just not sure why this one was being weird. I don't even know her and I was nice.

This is by far the best run UPS store I've ever been to. I drove 50 miles for this store, passing several others along the way who could not help me. I arrived 10 minutes before close and asked them to package two, 100lbs each, large battery backups for me. Not only did they do this, but the owner herself stayed 40 minutes after close, while receiving personal calls asking of her whereabouts, to pack my equipment so that I could take the packages with me. I cannot recommend this store enough.

Staff isn't friendly. Mention that you have an Amazon return and they will immediately be annoyed. Not to mention how overpriced their boxes are.
