“Rented a pickup truck. The only problem I had was the U-Haul app wouldn't work. No big deal. The guy that helped me was extremely nice. Pick up time was about 20 min and drop off was me handing over the keys. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the service but with the amount U-Haul charges per mile. Almost $1/mile and those miles add up quick. Only reason I won't be using U-Haul again.”

We had a reservation, so not sure if other reviews didn't, but seems like with anything you have to reserve on app anywhere you rent. Google needs to move location point to correct location. “This particular dealer saved me a lot of money on a truck rental. Corporate U-Haul had changed my reservation and was deceptive. They "added additional miles" to make up for the fact that I had to drive an extra 50 miles because of the location changes. It turns out that they were going to make ME pay for those miles. Really trashy in my opinion.Long story short, this particular dealer helped me discover this issue and made adjustments to save me over $100 for the day. They knew the ins and outs of how U-Haul deals with these things, and they knew that I was being taken advantage of in this instance. Big thank you!”

“This was the best UHaul experience I have ever had. The agent was courteous, quick and efficent. Everything was ready to go. He completed the paperwork in record time. I personally inspected the equipment before hooking up and noted that it was clean and in good repair. I was hooked up and out of the facility in less than 15 minutes... TOTAL!!! Because I picked up late, they extended the drop off time for me by an hour! What great customer relations! I am totally impressed with this operation and the agent I worked with! I would highly recommend this location over all others I have used in the Sandy area.”

“U-Haul has provided my services for most of my moves. The West Valley location has been there for both my relocation to the Beehive State and now as I am leaving the area for another opportunity. So far, my experiences with this location have been very positive.
It is likely the location used most by those living in or moving to the west side of Salt Lake County, right on the corner of 47th South and 40th West. It is a very convenient location and easily accessed from Kearns, WVC or Taylorsville. It is small, but the team there runs the place very well. Every visit, the associates there are friendly and professional and are glad to answer your questions. For most basic items for moving and storage, they are great for a right-in, right-out experience. However, if you are planning a move or the like, definitely visit their site or use the app to enhance your experience.
My only critique is not with the location itself, but with the website. It is a little "chuggy" when navigating the pages especially when planning out the move.
Overall if you need help with moving or storage solutions, definitely check them out when reviewing options.”
