“I grew up in a shop owned by my parents, I learned how to treat people with respect and how to work hard for those who are paying you for a service. As such I tend to always feel hesitant to trust my vehicles with others, not to mention there are so many shops out there that do in fact take advantage of folks. However tires are one thing I cannot take on myself as I don’t have the equipment so I made an appointment at this location per suggestion of an online tire retailer. From the moment I walked into the door I had a great impression of the place. Sam, at the front counter, was as pleasant as one could be at 7am. The shop, itself, looked well organized and clean — something that is less common and more important than you’d think. And while waiting for my tires to be mounted I overheard a couple phone calls with customers where it was clear that the customer’s best interests were at heart.
So while I don’t require visits to tire shops often, I will definitely keep this location in mind the next time I do. It was a short, routine visit but I saw enough to feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.”

“I’ve added it up and I have bought over 80 tires from these guys! They always deliver. They took excellent care of my wife today when she went in with a flat tire. I won’t go anywhere else. The guy running the shop knows what he’s doing too. They’re incredibly efficient. One time turning a truck around for me in about 14 minutes with four new tires…..incredible!”
“Walked out of a restaurant and noticed tire was flat. Big O was right there so stopped to see if they could fill it. The tire is shot apparently beyond just filling. They put the spare on for free cause I have a warranty with a different tire store. Nice people there! Would get tires here if I didn’t have that warranty! Thank you so much!”
