“I came into this location about two years ago to print off address labels, I had attempted to convert the document to a PDF that would have all address labels instead of just the first sheet. FedEx didn’t know how to fix the issue but made a commitment to me to find a solution, the very next day I came back and they had all the labels printed. They reported that they had to go into processing the document different, something I would have never figured out on my own. I was very grateful they took the time to help me out.
Just this past week I had a similar task and based on my previous experience I chose to go to this FedEx again for their experience and customer service. Ethan and Matt were so helpful and patient with me to work through my document struggles to get me what I needed. They need a raise! I will definitely be back to this location for future needs.”
