Good and varied selection. Lots of brands and price points. Most staff are knowledgeable and helpful.The employee in Draper Mielle avoid; pushy to get sale on the membership (there must be a commission), grumpy, and not gonna do anyone any kind of favor.

I am so glad I discovered Shirlyn's shortly after I moved here two years ago. There was a similar supplement store I patronized for 18 years in Las Vegas and when I moved here I knew there had to be a spot here where I can find my favorite supplements like organic oregano oil, Celtic salt, L Theanine, etc... and luckily I found Shirlyn's. There is ample parking in the parking lot, when you enter someone's always there to say hello and it's my recommendation that you accept their offer to help you find what you're looking for... at least the first few times until you get your footing. They have snacks too. There are some other good supplement resources housed inside grocery stores but this is all Shirlyn's specializes in, your good health.

My trips to Shirlyns are always fruitful, educational and pleasant. They have people who can answer questions and explain things regarding supplements and what they do like no where else. I highly recommend them to any serious seeker of high quality supplements.

Visited on 6/24/2022 after meeting True REST Float Spa. True REST had a flyer about Shirlyn's. I am a health care professional who practices with a functional and integrative approach. So, naturally, I would like to know what is in the area. The staff was none too keen on being inviting. Where I am "from" people greet customers, especially in such a small store with so few customers. I asked a few questions, but the young lady was rather nonchalant. She finally showed me the Omegas without fish oil. But, there was no, "How can we assist you today?" mentality. Look at our economy in the US. People need to choose wisely where they shop. People will cut back on what they buy. Customer service will matter. These two businesses are somehow intertwined. And, they desperately need lessons business etiquette and service. One lady was more enthusiastic, and pointed out her favorite brand of omegas. The store is fine, but nothing particularly extraordinary. I very much wanted to like it. Note - engage health care professionals looking for places with reputable brands to recommend to patients. It might help your business. But, after my experience with this store and True Rest Float Spa, absolutely NOT! I'm sure there other places in SLC to find every bit if not better products and services.

Scrawny little p**** of a manager lied to my face, treated me like s**** disrespected veterans, and screwed me over on a simple return. He refused to call his boss when I asked him to and again lied to my face after I called him out on it. I would avoid this place at all costs! They should be shut down for fraud!

There are good products there. However; the woman who works in the afternoons is hard-of-hearing. She needs to clean the wax out of her ears or get hearing aids. It is very frustrating to have to ask where a product is and repeat it 5 or 6 times. She needs to be fired.
