I have been recommending Service Masters to everyone I know for their flexibility, communication, professionalism, skills, and competitive pricing!Here is my more detailed review:I booked an appointment online and had to drop off my car after hours due to my work schedule. They called me that day to confirm and to let me know exactly where to drop it off. I dropped it off at 6pm and they started working on it first thing the next morning!I had previously taken it in to Les Schwab where I mentioned that my brakes seemed off, so they offered to check them for free. After waiting there for at least an hour, they told me that my brake pads just had some dust on them, and they blew that off with an air hose, so I was good to go!Then, my check engine light came on, so I took it to Jiffy Lube to get it diagnosed. They told me that the o2 sensor needed replaced, and handed me a quote for $500 saying that it would be at least a week before they could get the part, because my car was “too new” (2019)Well, that’s when I decided to try Service Masters. They told me that my brakes were in fact, -not- fine. They replaced the front and rear brake pads as well as the brake fluid! They also replaced the o2 sensor. It only took them 1 day to get the part, and they did it for much cheaper than Jiffy Lube!They also kindly replaced my windshield wipers when they realized they were scratching my glass. Now they work like a charm.I am so grateful to them for offering to repair my brakes. I didn’t even ask them to check! Now I finally have some peace of mind driving my car. It feels brand new again. They communicated with updates daily, and even helped me when I had to pick up the car after hours. Best service I have ever received on a car. And it only took 2 days!! I will not be returning to Les Schwab or Jiffy Lube.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I’d give 10 stars if I could. If you’re looking for an honest & hardworking local shop this is your place. The owner Justin walks you through every step, gives you a quote before working on anything and does a great job at fixing other shops mistakes. It’s the only place I will be giving my business to! I have appreciated the responsiveness of their team and their ability to communicate via texting with relevant info about the repairs including quotes for repairs broken out by parts and labor. It is nice to have transparency in those costs visible to see instead of hearing it over the phone. Some of us don't have time to take a call and the chat platform allows for approval of the work and notification of completion as we are sitting in other meetings. That is REALLY helpful.They do good work and seem to be really honest and transparent. Thank you for the work you have done for me this far. It is appreciated.

Service Masters is amazing, friendly quality service in a timely manner and the most important thing I look for in any shop is HONESTY!!!Just had a dash cam (front and rear) plus a radar detector hard wired into my Porsche and these guys really did a bang up job, I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends or anyone else for that matter!

You know those "local" shops that you are always looking for where they take an interest in your vehicle? This is one of those shops. They get work done quickly, are very professional and personable as well. This place is amazing. All the positive reviews are legit - I cannot say enough good things about Justin & Service Masters!Communication is fantastic.Scheduling was a breeze.Diagnosis was quick and accurate.Cost was fair and total was exactly what was quoted.Customer service was out of this world.10/10 - would recommend!!

Wonderful experience with the Service Masters Auto Repair. I was able to make an appointment the next day and in a time frame that worked best for my schedule. They provided a quote to all my repairs needed online with pictures, descriptions and a detailed price breakdown. They give you the option to respond online, through messaging or to reach out by phone. I appreciate their efforts in keeping me informed all along the way and most importantly I now have a working AC! Definitely a returning customer. Thank you
