I've had some issues at other safelites and had issues, but the one in Draper has been great. I do like the scheduling system they have.

I’ve had issues with this location before. I feel like the quality is poor. When you call the number of this location it goes to a call center who just sends you to which ever location is available instead of the location I prefer. Not sure what customer quality they are trying to improve, because its not great to begin with. I wish Technaglass was still there, they were much better.

Their phone system sucks! Stupid automated phone with limited capabilities. Can't talk to anyone and it will hang up on you if it doesn't understand what you want or is not an option. I just had a simple question and you have to listen to all the different prompts and still it hung up on me because it didn't understand. What happened to talking to a real person? The star rating system is misleading. Shows 3 stars but going through the reviews there's more 1 star reviews than it has you believe.

They stand behind their workmanship! Got my windshield replaced two years ago and water started leaking into my car. Dropped in today and they fixed it on the spot!

The company is great, but the receptionist at THIS store is completely incompetent. Got my car and email wrong, and scheduled my appointment on both the wrong time and dayI got lucky and got a different appointment at a different store, then found out she got the wrong window for my car, and didn't even ask about features my car has that would make it a different window alsoIf you walk in and the receptionist is there, WALK OUT IMMEDIATELY

Absolute incompetence in glass repair. Went in for a nickel sized rock chip. They left my car outside on the hot sun for 30 minutes, then a brand new tech put pressure on the small rock chip. It split out in four different directions. He said he could still fix it without charging me. So he pushed resin into the cracks. Bottom line, after guaranteeing me it would hold, it didn't. Went back again, and two techs argued with me for 20 minutes, but they wouldn't stand by their work. In 40 years, I've never had a rock chip repair fail until now. I've never had to argue with a glass tech.Don't go to the Draper Safelite. Not a good place to trust your car.

My service was fast...however a few weeks later my rear view windshield fell off. I also had my car's inspection sticker inside the windshield, as in my state they are displayed on the windshield. This was thrown away during replacement, so I no longer have my inspection sticker. Not sure why someone would have thrown that out...

Oh boy. So I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and through some sort of miscommunication, my appointment was cancelled and the replacement glass for my vehicle was never ordered. I never received an email or communication stating that my appointment was cancelled, so I showed up thinking that everything was going to be done correctly this time. Not only were they not able to perform the replacement service due to the cancellation, but Mr. "Accidents Happen" from my last interaction with this location decided to make this experience a memorable oneI was understandably frustrated, considering that this was the second time I had made arrangements to bring my vehicle here and be told that I need to reschedule. Enter the Safelite Tech named Canyon, who took the opportunity to tell me:1. Accidents happen. Yes, I know that is your favorite phrase and what seems to be the extent of your customer service soft skills.2. I shouldn't get so "emotional" about the whole thing. Yes, so now you get to tell me what types of feelings I am allowed to feel and when?3. Stop "berating" him. He told me this twice. Trust me, NOBODY was berating him. I don't think he even knows what that word means. I simply wanted to know who I am supposed to hold accountable for something like this happening twice. He couldn't seem to handle any sort of challenge of accountability and immediately accused me of berating him.For his grand finale, he decided to make the interaction PERSONAL when he made a comment in front of my young daughter, who was standing next to me, that I was "setting a bad example for her".Wow. So now I have some stranger telling me how to parent my child? No. Canyon can say his piece, but bringing my daughter into the conversation was manipulative and inappropriate.Canyon doesn't belong in any form of customer service and doesn't seem to have any tact or ability to interact with customers on a professional level. If he would have just apologized or been empathetic and actually acted like he gave a crap about the whole situation, I would have let the whole thing go, since ultimately there wasn't anything I could do about it. Instead, he decided to be petty and use my daughter as part of some example that he had no business bringing up. It's a manipulative tactic to bring someone into a conversation that they were not a part of in order to prove a point, and Canyon didn't seem phased by this at all. He did try to backpedal a bit when another associate attempted to intervene, but clearly, he gaslights customers and then tries to act like he's in control after frustrating them with his conduct. Look at some other reviews on Google and you will see Canyon specifically mentioned regarding how unhelpful and/or unprofessional he is.The only saving grace from this entire ordeal was the woman at the front desk, whose name I regrettably forgot to get. She spoke with me afterwards and had customer service skills light-years beyond anything Canyon could muster. She spoke with empathy and was non-confrontational, which helped me calm down from the interaction I just had. She even gave me the phone number for the store manager and advised me to call them with my concerns. Cool, I can tell them all about the child psychologist they've got working in the back as a glass technician.To top off this entire experience? They told me at the end that all my appointments could have been scheduled via mobile service and done at my home. Brilliant.

I rarely ever leave bad reviews. I am so sad to be posting this cause the first time I went into this location the men working were SUPER kind and nice. Got me in quickly for a rock chip repair. No appointment needed. There was no stress at all and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I even tipped them cause they were SO nice and helped me out quickly.I called today and customer service said to make an appointment to verify insurance. They said to just walk in and they would be able to get me in for a quick chip repair but just needing the insurance to be verified. I had my mom take my car in for me due to a busy day at work. I don't want the rock chip to spread and make it so that I have to get a whole new windshield.She took it over and let the lady at the front know our situation and the lady was very impatient and unkind, telling my mom that "not here at this location do we do walk ins" Again multiple times I have gone in as a walk in for rock chip repairs with no issues. This lady's customer service needs to be worked on. If a customer was told something and they did all the things to prepare as told then you should be giving the customer what was told to them or at least help to make things right. The lady REFUSED to take my car in and fix it. She clearly did not care about what was told to me on the customer service line when I called in. She DID NOT care at all. Told me everyone is on lunch or break and we will not be able to get your car in. I was even willing to wait until they had time but she wouldn't even let me do that!Again I am SUPER sad this happened today. I have loved going to this location since it is close to my job, but due to this lady treating myself and my mom this way I will not be returning.

The technician was very skilled in replacing the windshield and did a nice job. I would recommend getting windshields replaced here.

BUYER BEWARE*** Do NOT go here! If they break your windshield and they won't help pay to fix it.Scheduled a rock chip repair and left with a broken windshield that they wouldn't help pay to fix. Should have read the fine print.

Never went there, just called to get a quote for a rock chip repair. Their quote was 3 to 5 times more than other quotes I'd gotten. I asked why and was told because if the repair fails and they have to replace the windshield, they'll deduct the rock chip repair cost. I told him the others I'd called do that too. His response: "Okay."

Didn't call me to let me know when my car was done. I had to call 2x.They said they vacuumed my car... they definitely did not. I'm really disappointed, not worth the money I spent getting my windshield fixed. Honestly, I would have been happier going somewhere else, even if it was more money.

I love the Safelite AutoGlass location in Draper located off of 12300 S. I have now gone to this location for my full windshield replacement which is through my windshield warrenty for life program that I purchased with the Mazda Delearship that I bought my Cx-5 from, but this location specifically is very fast to communicate & get me scheduled for an appointment, they say up to 3 days and this location always calls me within 24 hours to get me scheduled, the glass has to be ordered but it comes in fast, within a week, and on the day of appointment, they have me in and out the door within an hour, if that. Streamlined process and they have the best staff, so friendly and zero headaches, which if you are replacing anything on your car regarding glass, you know how much of a headache this can be, I cannot recommend this location enough for any and all of your glass needs. They are TOP notch. You won't regret it, going here. THANK YOU, so much. I will be a repeat & returning customer I am sure in the future as well, as I have already done so. :)
