Beware! This salon charges $55 to cancel an appointment unless you do it more than 72 hours in advance! Redick!
The stylist did not cut my hair evenly, which is why I tried to cancel. The color swatches DO NOT match the color that they apply to your hair. My hair was suppose to be dyed my natural color, light ash brown, it turned out dark brown/black. NOT HAPPY. Never going to this salon again.

Stylist: My stylist was amazing, unfortunately the receptionist staff was not. There was a Mothers Day promotion sign posted that withe ANY $150 purchase, there was a free gift. I spent $225 on my hair service before tip. When I checked out and asked about said free gift, the receptionist would not give it to me, because she said it was only if I purchased product, even though she did acknowledge the sign said ANY purchase over $150, and she would not give me the free gift. I won't be back because of how poorly I was treated. Don't go to this salon, all they care about is upselling you and zero commitment to building a relationship with you.

My visit to Rooted was nothing short of a nightmare. The hair stylist Jessi provided a horrendous haircut, leaving me with no choice but to shave my own hair afterward. The salon itself was disgustingly dirty, and I left with a rash on my back neck likely from the unsanitary sinks and tools used! I’ve already contacted safety department on this place.
Adding to the discomfort was the fact that the salon did NOT seem LGBTQ+-friendly, making the entire experience even more awkward and unwelcoming. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment for anyone seeking a decent haircut or sanitized environment.

Came for my first time last week. And between my bad communication skills and how the colors turned out, I really didn't like it. I felt terrible, but I called and asked if there was a way to fix so I didn't box dye it. They were so nice and didn't make me feel bad for admiting I didn't like someone's work. I worked with them to get in right away and had the same stylist help fix it up to where I love it now. Great customer service and happy with the end result.

Rooted is the place I feel confident in with my hair; the atmosphere, service and quality is what brings me back to their Oasis. That’s just what this place has been for me every time- a place away from stress, a pleasant place to be cared for. I leave feeling uplifted, relief and beautiful.
I have been a client of Heather’s for almost 2 years, she is amazing, she’s knowledgeable, skilled, happy, interested and positive.
As I sat in Heather’s chair today and watched the other stylists and clients I had an overwhelming feeling of joy.. joy watching the stylist perform their skilled art with hair, and the clients hugging them for their results, the transformation in both hair and spirits is seen and felt.
I am willing to pay for quality, to support a place/business where product, service, results and you are their priority.
I hope all who comes to Rooted will feel what I have felt. To feel Celebrated!! (It was my birthday, I chose them as my gift)

Erika Timashev is the BEST!! Took me a while to find a hairstylist I loved - someone who knows what they’re doing, understands covering gray hair, can color brown hair, good at cutting and fun to chat with. She listens to me and does what I want. I always look forward to my appointments!
Salon is always clean and the front desk staff are friendly too which is a bonus.
I highly recommend Erika and Rooted Salon!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hair salon! The hairstylist, Taylor ,was incredibly nice and considerate, and the entire staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this hair salon . The level of care and professionalism shown by the staff, truly impressed me. I will definitely be returning for all my future hair needs.

THRILLED with my hair! I have auburn hair extensions, naturally gray roots, and very discerning color preferences, (basically a colorist nightmare) and Maggie absolutely nailed it! Going to someone new for hair can be super scary, but it was time for me to make a change after my previous salon wasn’t cutting it after 8 years and being passed around to 5 stylists over that time due to attrition. I could not be happier to have found Maggie, and the entire luxury vibe at Rooted is exactly what I had hoped to find. Love everything about this salon!

Everyone at the salon is extremely friendly and helpful! I have experienced several different services and have enjoyed all of them. From spray tans to hair color and cut. I truly love Taylor. She always takes her time and makes sure my color is correct and exactly how I want it. Rooted has the best bowls for washing hair I have ever experienced! I’ve been seeing Taylor for several months and always walk away feeling beautiful and refreshed! Her color expertise is top notch and she always gives a fantastic cut as well. I’ve even taken my son who has sensory sensitivities to her and she is always calm with him and helps him to work through his fear of the clippers. I can’t say enough good things!

I loved the color i received today. Taylor did wonders with my hair. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Loved the hot towels was very relaxing. And the snacks while getting my hair done was a nice treat. Will for sure return to this salon.

i went here a few months ago and got a really good haircut i loved so i went again yesterday and got maybe the worst haircut of my life. i gave the exact same instructions as the first time i went but left with an entirely different style of bangs and overall shorter style than i asked for. i dont want to judge because maybe she just had something else unrelated she was worrying about, but my hairdresser didnt seem to be really paying full attention to me, both in what i asked for haircut-wise and just our conversation. im just some guy that doesnt know a ton about hair and because its a nice salon maybe i should be expected to describe what i would like more fully, but this feels so off from what i requested i dont really think its my fault. like i feel so embarrassed with this haircut i genuinely dont want leave my house. i dont want to write this place off entirely because its nice inside and ive had a good experience before but this last visit definitely wasnt great.

Love this salon! I’ve had my hair cut/colored by Hannah and Brooklyn and they both do an amazing job. The staff is so sweet and brings drinks/treats while you get your hair done. Such a cute and clean atmosphere.
