Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Honestly, you go to a Redwing store to buy top quality footwear and you know that comes with price. You won't find $30 hiking boots that will last for a few weeks. What you will find are quality products that last many years.

I went in looking for a firefighter station boot. Todd was very helpful and was able to get a size 8 brought in to the store for me. He also spent a lot of time stretching the right boot for me since that foot is wider. Great customer service! I appreciated how accommodating and helpful he was!

My husband and I were impressed by the customer service that Elsa offered. She Kindly greeted us shortly after entering the store and asked what type of boot we were looking. Then, sized Robertos feet and started the search. There was no available boots that were his size but Elsa didn't give up and started calling stores in Orem and West Valley. Unfortunately Red Wings did not have a 7 DD that would fit Roberto. But Elsa recommended the official website where we can purchase them. I am giving this store a 5 star because of the exceptional customer service offered by Elsa. Thank you Elsa!

Went in to get some new work boots fast and friendly service. Made sure I was taken care of and knew if I had any issues I can come back and they’d get me right. 10/10
