I have to give Sam a great big thumbs up. He did us a great job. He went the extra mile to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about my RV. He very patiently explained how to winterize and unwinterize my RV. He also helped get the breaks adjusted so we could get it safely home.

Spent 50k on an rv here. We were from out of town and we had to make a $1000 deposit to hold this. Non refundable! Many concerns I had and asked about we later found they had skirted the truth. So many things not working that they were working on as we waited and made us think it was all good. Generator, slides, leveling system and more. Oil and fuel filters are rusted they are so old. Tires have great great as he showed me in pictures when I asked, but failed to mention all the side wall cracking. When we got home we realized all the fridge shelves were missing which they promised to send and now just ghost me. If you buy here be careful and check things out good. Pretty shady.

We just purchased a 2020 Greyhawk from Sam and we couldn’t be happier. Sam was great with communication and pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to get the unit ready to go as fast as possible so we could make the dates on some vacation plans we had. Sam was very thorough with the walk through and even pointed out a few things that would need some love. The rv was very clean and everything functioned as expected on our trip. I feel that Recreation Rv was very transparent and honest with the whole transaction. Thank You!!!

I purchased a Class A this winter. I was assured that they had conducted a 116 point inspection and everything worked. "NOT THE CASE" It was cold so AC units were not checked. When it warmed up the main unit did not work and the vehicle unit did not work. I was told it was from damage from me backing into a rock. Yet There was no damage to Unit just superficial damage to the fiberglass body. The generator ran but would not run microwave. Changed spark plug, it was very dirty. Then realized there was a second on back side. It was corroded completely closed. When I asked about it I was told that they only check to see if it started. Took to have old changed was told I needed to change my oil more often. was told it was very bad. many more issues after I took home. Feel free to email me for specific details. I trusted their inspection process. I made a huge mistake trusting them.

My wife and I just purchased an RV from Sam and we couldn't be more pleased with how Sam handled everything throughout the entire process. No pressure, extremly knowledgeable, went out of his way to provide above and beyond top level service. Went through everything with us on day of pickup. Thank You Sam!

We found a camper online. And after looking at the details they had posted online in KSL and the very select angles of photos we decided to make a deposit on the camper. It is non refundable. Upon going to pick it up the sales staff seems to want to rush us through seeing the camper. Here heat on it works then turning heat off to show AC never showing it working in all areas. It happened to be still winter weather so it was still winterized so no way for us to see that the water heat did not work and the pump did not work. We know it was sold as is but they knew there was damage to it and never disclosed it. Like oh the water heater leaked before we got it. Him honest places tell you that. They took the worst dry rot tire off and placed as a spare where you could not see the dry rot and then masked the dry rot on the other tires. Thus first time any weight was in it we blew a tire and only had a bad spare to put on it and it blew 2 miles later. They are a very sketchy place. I would not buy from them ever again. They refuse to make right all the issues that they masked and did not say when we bought it. We understand as is but come on. We can’t pump water in winter or rest water heater and they knew that. Just like they knew heat was only working in half the trailer. Don’t shop them. Photos of tires and the floor they did not put it or reveal this in their online description s. Very shady place.

We just purchased a Winnebago Vista from Sam. We checked several other dealers and kept coming back to Sam. Every time we asked a question, he either knew or found out the answer. He was personable, responsive and just all round great to work with!! Thank you!!

We are so happy with the service we received while dealing with Nate at Recreational RV Sales in Draper Utah We live in Hawaii and bought our motorhome long-distance.Upon arriving for pick up, we found it thoroughly clean and serviced.All our questions and concerns were answered prior to us arriving, and when we arrived.Nate went out of his way to meet us during the Christmas holiday week when the dealership was closed and we really appreciated that.This is the place to purchase your next home away from home.

We purchased a slightly used class B RV from 250 miles away. Sam was wonderful to work with and had everything ready for us when we arrived to pick it up. He spent close to 2 hours going over everything in the RV which was incredibly helpful. After our first trip we realized two cushions were missing in order to make the second bed. I called Sam to see if the previous owner might still have them and they did! Sam promptly got them from the previous owner and shipped them to us. Wonderful customer service and I’d highly recommend Recreation RV. It was a very easy, relaxed purchase experience. We are so happy with our new RV!

Just picked up our new (to us) RV. Sam was awesome to work with, made the whole process very smooth. He answered all of our questions, did a live video walk through with us since we were out of state. And then a full walk around showing us everything on the coach when we picked it up. What an AWESOME place to do business with. Worked with Sam and it was Great. Had a lot to deal with and stumbling blocks in front of us, but Sam helped us through it all. Answered all of our question. Extremely knowledgeable and Friendly. If he wasn't sure, he made sure to find out. Best experience ever in buying an RV and we have had many prior. Go see these guys and ask for Sam. We drove 670 miles to buy from them. You will not regret it. 5 Stars!!!
