I was really excited to get my new Speed Queen set. The delivery was set when i purchased the machines. I waited for them to get delivered, nobody came. I called RCWilley and I was told the salesman must of “accidentally” cancelled the delivery. I did receive a delivery date confirmation by text, so as far as I knew the delivery was still set. Apparently the delivery guys didn’t receive the set for delivery and decided to NOT contact me with the update and they pushed the delivery out by 3 weeks and did not inform me. So as I sit ALL day waiting for my delivery, wasting my day and not to mention I have removed the current set out of my home leaving me without a washer and dryer! I’m extremely frustrated that this could happen and very inconvenienced.Very unsatisfied

Everyone was very helpful. Transaction was very easy. Would definitely go there again. This is our third trip buying furniture and it was a great experience.

Bought nice chairs to have them broken in less than 2 years. The salesman maybe great but I feel like they have subpar products and services.

We love coming to this store. (Draper)Scott in appliances was very helpful in taking care of us. We had a problem with a transfer and delivery from another rc willey location.Scott could have walked away from it or passed it off to customer service. Instead, he took care of it and got us what we needed plus next day delivery!Thank you for the excellent customer service you provided Scott!
