I’ve rented from Prime Storage for a few years now (since it was King Arthur Storage). Randy and his team are very helpful and accommodating! The location is kept clean and feels secure. I appreciate the good service I get and highly recommend renting here.

Units are well taken care of. On site management is cool. Owners are not good however. Decent/fair initial price. Always a catch. 6 months in when I'm out of state the price increases by 30%. No reason given; just an email stating they value our 'partnership' and appreciate my business. Ha! 30% every 6 months... that's 60% a year. Wow. Classic "bait and switch". I emailed to complain. The manager dropped the increase by a bit. Said that's all he could do. 2/24 update: Prime Storage responded to my review. I called the number they suggested. The first time they were busy and it went to voicemail. Tried again and they said there was nothing they could do.

Prime Storage in Draper UT is a great great place to store your things. Randy and Shelly are the best in the business. They are warm, friendly and professional in their management of the facility. It is always safe and clean. (Not always the case with others in the storage business.). Thank you so much!
