I stopped at PostNet with a small photo card print job (after being turned away by a big company), and Sydnee smiled, greeted me, asked how she could help me, and then printed my cards quickly and perfectly! This place has a serious problem. GO TO ALPHA GRAPHICS. There is an older man with a mustache who seems to be unable to understand how to communicate with people professionally he is quick to anger and becomes very aggressive on a dime. I was there dropping off some packages and they asked me to drop them off in the back I apologized and then tried to explain how they can change their drop off instructions in their account and it only seemed to make things even worse. He began yelling and even got in my personal space almost touching me. Yelling in my face that my van is going to cause an accident. This seems like a huge liability who knows when he will completely snap and hurt someone. I reasonably believed that he was very close to doing so to me. Avoid this place like the plague I can’t imagine having an issue as a customer to only be berated and treated terribly by this giant man child. Do your business a favor and get rid of him. In the meantime as a customer I’ll give my business to a competitor. Don’t bother replying unless it’s to let me know he’s been let go.

I showed up here just after they closed, and they opened up for me so I could drop off a lamination project. Great to work with and very customer friendly. Great alternative to the big box.

Today I had an older hefty man in a red shirt come outside and yell and cuss at me in public. In front of the store and customers. He was mad because I was dropping off packages and I wasn't bringing them to the back door. I explained to him that I've never met him and nobody had ever told me that while dropping off packages before to this location, but that I would gladly take them to the back. He continued yelling. I didn't get his name, but I'm guessing it's the manager because I would have been fired for speaking to someone like that on the job. I feel I handled it pretty well based off the bad day I was already having, but whoever taught him it was OK to yell at customers needs to train him in a different profession because he shouldn't be dealing with the public. I definitely wouldn't reccomend this store.
I already saw a few reviews about this guy. I don't want a reply with any excuse to why he's like that. There's no excuse to be so hostile to somebody you've never met. This guy could be a liability one day, and the fact that nobody is holding him accountable shows just what kind of integrity this place has. Everyone else there, as far as I know, is a great human being. Just remember that he also represents you all and the business when in the uniform.

If you need a very affordable mailbox, want a convenient off the freeway/in a shopping center location, that has kind staff that greet you by name, and are helpful in every way, this place is for you! Highly recommend.

I needed large format workflow charts printed in a short amount time for a meeting in Draper. PostNet was recommended by another print shop as someone that could get the job done. My boss was able to stop over and they stayed open late so we could get the prints we needed for a off site meeting. I will be using them for any printing needs in Draper. Thanks to the team at the Draper Office, you are amazing!

Trying to get someone to help with formatting is a joke. We don't all work in large scale printing, so helping customers figure that out should be something they do. Like the website claims.That didn't happen over the course of 2 business days so now it's a last minute trip to alohagraphics.
