I have used Pioneer Auto Detail for 6 years .
Just had my wife’s car detailed , my daughter’s car detailed . Both turned out great . I then had my truck polished and had Chris do a ceramic coating on it as well. Prices are very reasonable and the work is amazing . Have been getting cars detailed here for 6 years. Chris is great to work with , I will continue to have him take car of my cars .

Let the screenshots speak for themselves, attached below. This is not the way to speak to a customer. You can see in other reviews that others have had the same problem with the tunnels not working from time to time (3 weeks ago from this date). I always got a refund without an issue, rightfully so, especially if the car wash doesn’t work. Look at the timestamps versus their response time in the past I thought it would be easier to get a refund and come back to use the credits for another wash another day. Not everyone has the time in the world to sit around and wait at the mercy of someone else’s response time for a car wash to be reset. Oh yeah and I’m sure you’ll see it in the screenshots, but today he did get back to me in less than 5 mins ? round of applause deserved.

My sister and brother in law recommended Pioneer Car Wash and Detail. I bought a used car and while it still looked good, they made it shine and made the seats look brand new! I will be using them again and recommend them to any family and friends. Excellent service!!!

What a great place!
I have been taking my cars here for years now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the consistent service I receive. From the moment I arrive, the team is professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work.
The attention to detail is incredible. Every inch of my car, inside and out, is always meticulously cleaned and polished. They make each vehicle look brand new again!
I highly recommend Pioneer Car Wash and Detail to anyone looking for top-notch car detailing.

I took my daughter’s car to do an interior detail. The inside was a mess, the carpet and seats were so dirty from the car seats and kids. Trust me it was a mess. The staff even waited for me to get off work so I can drop the car and they were so accommodating to fit me in and get the car done. I was worry that it was going to be hard to clean, but I was wrong, when I got there to pick up the car, I was greeted by one of the staff, who once again had to wait for me to get off work, He showed me the car and wow it looked and smell amazing. They did such an amazing job and the costumer service was amazing. Honestly I was so impressed of the work they did and the great costumer service. I have other cars as well as family members with cars that I will from now on bring to them for detail. I will and recommend anyone to give them a chance and trust me you will love the work they do!. Best detail place in Utah!

Pioneer Auto Detail does excellent work. I have been taking my cars in for full service cleaning, polishing, and waxing for over four years. The finish results have always been beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Pioneer Auto Detail.

Went to get my car wash and paid for the touchless services since my baby was in the car. It charged my card but the machines didn't turn on or anything. I tried calling and texting the help number they have listed on their signs but I couldn't get a response after over 10 minutes of trying. I finally gave up and left. What a waste of money!

Clean bays. Fully functional equipment. Reasonably priced. Complimentary drying towels (much appreciated). Vacuums are powerful and plentiful. Safe and convenient location.
