Customer service, by the long term and experienced staff, has always great. They are not only pleasant, but very insightful. Any new staff members have excellent mentors to look up to and follow their lead.

I have several pets, loved pets, that items that I routinely use for caring for my pets happen to be on sale. Which was a financial blessing. The staff member was extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful and professional.

It was a really nice clean store, but the vetco employees were very unprofessional and unorganized. The girl was new, but it got very frustrating trying to explain to her what I needed done multiple times. But she was very sweet and I hope her training continues and she does great!
